Was told they don’t have the subs that I was ordering and they didn’t know what it was, even though it was on the menu. The worker seemed more concerned with what the people behind me in line were doing than what I was ordering and seemed like I inconvenienced her when I double checked to make sure she got the veggies I ordered. Terrible establishment.

This location needs to be shut down. Language barrier, not charging the exact cost. Making up the cost for chips, double meat for $4.00? Filthy counter, bad service.

Worst place ever. They take forever. The staff is Constantly just hanging out in the back and dont like to come up front and work. Their English is awful. I feel bad asking 100 times but I cant understand them. If you order online, be prepared to wait at least 30 more than the app tells ya. I asked for a sub to be cut in half and the look I got was terrifying. Unfortunately this happens Everytime at this location. Dont waste your time coming here.

The owner of this establishment is disrespectful and rude. He has a sign posted for 5.99 footlongs, and we didn’t realize it was only for two types of subs. When we went to check out, the total was 20.00. When asked why, he was SHOCKED that we thought our subs were 5.99. The kicker is, we asked his wife if any type of sub was applicable to the deal and she said yes. We told him this, and after going back and forth for a few minutes, he had the audacity to say “we’re not talking about my wife. I’m asking you why you didn’t read the sign.” I have never an awful customer service experience. It’s not even the fact that his wife gave us incorrect information or we were expected to pay more than we thought, it was simply his attitude and clear lack of respect.

I have ordered three times from this location, on the first two I requested that my sandwich be toasted and they didn't toast it. The third order they said they were out of stock on my sandwich but still gave my drink to the dasher, as if I'd want the drink without the sandwich. Terrible Subway location, probably a bad franchisee who doesn't know how to run a simple sandwich shop. Avoid this location.

Everything with this subway is amazing! Great employees, Great Food! But horrible management!! Not caring about the seniority of their employees and Firing them for no reason! They have lost very good people and now they are rebuilding for hours when they never had it to begin with. #FreeGreg!!!

The worst ever!! The staff clearly didn't want to be there, the footlong dipper was terrible very tough had to pull pieces off and my stomach was hurting soon after eating it. Definitely no reason for me to go there again.
