I haven’t met everyone that works at this location, but today I met a older lady who works there and she was working alone, she was very nice and had no issues making out subs that we asked for.

Service is spotty. The female that works in there is one of the rudest people ever. The men are prompt and nice. I don't suggest this subway and only stop here on last resort for something on my way home if hungry and coming that way otherwise just go to canton ctr and mich ave. There will be a longer wait because more people go to this location but you will receive way better service. TRUST ME
