Manager was rude when I asked for extra pickles and onions also when I asked for side of dressing she told me it will be extra which wont be extra if I put it on sandwich but on side they want to charge extra and giving me reason things are expensive this days! Well I didn’t say I won’t pay extra or anything but you can just be nice with customer and can ask politely that you are guys charge extra for pickles and dressing on side it because good behaviour is not expensive. They charged $1.50 extra for small side of dressing.

Did an online order just for it to be canceled. They didn't close until 9:00 it was 8:10 . Called them and asked why they said it was because they were getting ready to leave and closing the gate. So I guess they didn't want to work their full shift. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded back on my card. Lazy!!!!!

Stopped in and found a long line but the earlier shift stayed and made sure all of the line was taken care of. One sub was a special order and mad correctly and mine was off the regular menu also done correctly. I appreciated the service and the speed with which it was prepared.
