This is hands down the cleanest and freshest subway around. All the employees are really nice and patient. You can tell the owner, Al, really cares about this establishment.

The staff here is always friendly and polite! Especially the nice bald guy with glasses. The saving grace is they still have the ORIGINAL PICKLES! I will drive here every day for those pickles! ❤️

Superb service, friendly staff, fairly priced, extremely clean, fresh ingredients, and conveniently placed within the Grocery side of the Canton Walmart on Michigan Ave. This Subway truly goes above and beyond with it all while retaining accessibility and affordability. This establishment does accept Subway coupons and online orders.
The first thing you notice about this restaurant is that it is completely spotless. The floors are pristine, the counters are well kept, cutting boards are not left a mess between orders, and even the drink machine area is immaculate. Tables and booths were also taken care of to the highest degree with the team keeping tabs on everything to make sure the restaurant stayed as clean as possible. This restaurant definitely met my sanitary standards.
Staff present are attentive and kind to customers. Everyone working was extremely personable and made the experience top-notch. It’s not often you find a team that works well together but this Subway pulled it off wonderfully. The owner was also very attentive to customer needs and the love for his store shined through. Everyone was willing to make accommodations, extremely helpful with the ordering process, gave no rush or pressure to both myself and other customers, and even informed us about complimentary sauces, toppings, and toasting methods(yes! you can toast your sub with a sauce before you throw on veggies- and you also can toast them with veggies on!) that would(and did!) improve flavor quality. There was absolutely no hostility, passive aggression, or even micro-aggressions that incurred when placing the order or when asking for more toppings, sauce, and making special requests which is huge for anyone that may dealing with anxiety around food or social situations.
All the food in this location is truly fresh with all ingredients properly kept. Temperatures are correct and all meat, toppings, and cheeses are properly stored meeting food safety standards. Everything is fresh sliced, made daily, and fresh-lock sealed while being stored in containers that prevent spoilage from everything even down to store lighting. Cookies were soft, bread was freshly made, and all sauces were well-kept and fully stocked. Everything was beyond delightful from the start of the ordering process to the very last bite. Food was prepared with care, quality checks were performed when toasting, and all cookies truly rang back to that childhood treat we all know and crave.
Prices were all clear both online and in-store. Everything is in large, readable letters overhead and extra topping charges are reasonably priced and explained. Staff are happy to answer any price related questions as well as mix things that would be an extra charge(ex. double meat, with the extra meat being another type instead of double the original).
Whether you’re a single mom stopping in for a quick meal to bring home to the kids after a run to the store, stopping in for lunch on your break after hours of hard work for the meal you deserve, or even a group dropping by for a fun bite to eat celebrating your time together you won’t be disappointed by stopping in to this location. With so many choices and endless options it’ll never be a boring pick. I plan on making this Subway part of my routine every time I’m out this way and know you will, too, once you give it a chance. Give this location a try the next time you’re in town looking for your next meal!

I ordered a footlong steak and cheese and because I used two different types of bread for each six inches I was charged for two full sandwiches. I asked the workers and they said it’s the owner policy. I will not order or stop by the restaurant again
I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Evillan and Ash! Their customer service was absolutely top-notch — friendly, welcoming, and super efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and made the whole visit enjoyable. It's not every day you come across such genuine and helpful staff. Give these two a raise! Highly recommend this location just because of them. 🙌

This is my favorite subway! I get a tuna sub from here at least once a week. Their veggies and bread are always fresh. Staff is very friendly and efficient.
Most of the subways Tuna have smell but this location doesn’t have any smell. Very good quality fresh Tuna.
They decided to FIRE ME WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A RUPTURED APPENDIX AND ARE WITHHOLDING MY CHECK BECAUSE THE OWNER WAS AT A GAME. OWNER BLOCKED MY NUMBER SO I CANT CONTACT HIM ABOUT GETTING MY CHECK. VERY

Manager was rude when I asked for extra pickles and onions also when I asked for side of dressing she told me it will be extra which wont be extra if I put it on sandwich but on side they want to charge extra and giving me reason things are expensive this days! Well I didn’t say I won’t pay extra or anything but you can just be nice with customer and can ask politely that you are guys charge extra for pickles and dressing on side it because good behaviour is not expensive. They charged $1.50 extra for small side of dressing.

Did an online order just for it to be canceled. They didn't close until 9:00 it was 8:10 . Called them and asked why they said it was because they were getting ready to leave and closing the gate. So I guess they didn't want to work their full shift. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded back on my card. Lazy!!!!!
