Friendly staff, have been going here for years, I would recommend only coming here before 7:30ish if you are in a rush, somewhat slow after that time, as they close the lobby.
Floors mostly clean, food is what you expect from taco bell.
The thing to do for this Taco Bell is come when you’re not hungry, and by the time you’re starving you still won’t have gotten your food.

Store #001732 E.COLI OUTBREAK waiting to happen! The Taco Bell on Ford and Canton Center is terrible! THEY DONT EVEN HAVE WORKING HOT WATER!!!! So how do the employees wash their hands after using the restroom? I used their restroom, no hot water! I used the employee sink next to their counter… ICE COLD WATER! An employee even told me that they do not have working hot water! The parking lot is pitch black with NO WORKING PARKING LOT LIGHTS! VERY UNSAFE! They do not care about their employees or customers and the owner needs to be fined or shut down!
