Don't come here after 9pm or you'll wait 45 minutes to just get to the speaker. Cars were parked in the drive around area, so there was no way for people to leave until they got to the speaker.Go out of your way to any other Taco Bell.

I had to stay 10mins inside to pickup the order yet it was not ready. Nobody helped me by the counter. You'll need a good manager here. I read reviews a year a go yet I dont see any progress.

Placed an online order to pick up at the drive thru, and when I pulled up to the speaker it gave the welcome message but no one responded when I said I had a pickup order so it must’ve been a recording. Drove back around to try again. Cars in front of me were waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes and leaving so I decided to just drive past the window. The employee was on her phone mouthing “we’re closed!” and looking annoyed. This was around 12:30 AM and they were meant to close at 2 AM. If they want to close early they need to stop accepting mobile orders and put a sign on the speaker!

Placed an online order at midnight and showed up to pick it up 10 minutes later but they'd closed several hours early and had a recording play over the speaker. She never responded when the online order was mentioned. The employee was on the phone walking around the inside of the restaurant.

If I had a choice to give a “0” rating, I would do that. This particular location is always very unfriendly, always the worst possible experience and they always ALWAYS get the order messed up. I really want Taco Bell to have this location reviewed and changed up. Taco Bell- you are loosing customers very fast.Vegetarian options: Taco Bell offers the vegetarian options but this location and staff never gets it right.

It's usually understaffed. Expect 20+ minutes for drive thru or counter service. The order is often wrong and the food is usually cold by the time they hand it to you. Employees are rude.

This place really sucks!! Every time I go they close early or mess up my order. I’m constantly served food that had been sitting and is cold. When I order the Cinnabon delights they are often hard because they were sitting or over cooked. I recently ordered a burrito (can’t remember the name of it) but it was supposed to have chicken, rice, sour cream, cheese, and a marina sauce. There wasn’t any chicken at all. The whole thing was mostly rice and sour cream! I also ordered extra cheese because sometimes the toppings fall out easy and there wasn’t any cheese at all despite charging me extra for it! Avoid this location at all costs!
