Horrible experience. The manager Vanessa who was working the drive through was as rude didn’t even speak to us, gave nasty looks. Our food was horrible I got the cantina chicken quesadilla and my boyfriend got a regular chicken quesadilla his had little to none of chicken and sauce but had a tone of cheese. Mine was covered in cheese and felt as if I was eating out of a cheese bag. I had gotten the littlest bit of sour cream and guacamole. We asked for mild sauce and got one packet. She also didn’t ask for a size for our drink and got one size of our drinks wrong. Wish service was nicer and food was made better knowing we pay for it.

My family and i have never had a great Taco Bell experience at this location. My husband owns a business right down the street and with the amount of times they messed up our order we have vowed to not go back. TILL TODAY i have my 3 mnth old twins abd 3 yr old in the car when my 3 yr old wanted chips and cheese. I thought there cant be a way they would screw that up. Then i met Elisha in the drive through. He made my day and restored my faith in this taco bell location. His customer service was the best around. I decided to order more then just chips and cheese. I was not disappointed! The food was great and the service was fast. If you want to smile, go see Elisha. I called my husband as i pulled out of the drive through and told him this taco bell has DEFINITELY alot better with Elisha at the window. Will be back again! And refer more to go here because of him ❤️

This was my all time favorite Taco Bell experience. Elisha made my day 10 times brighter by being unique and shining his light. Customer service is the best around. The food was great and the service was fast. If you want to smile, go talk to Elisha. Encouragement and kindness go along way. Will be back again.

Usually, this is my go-to TB. But tonight, on 12/20/2024, it was a mistake. The person taking the order was extremely rude to my wife, and then when we got the food home, most of it was overcooked. I hope they figure it out, I went here because of the good service and food. Guess the two that are closer will get a chance to redeem.

Got food poisoning for 2 weeks my stomach was killing felt like passing out I have all the evidence
Placed an order at 1130pm when the store closes at Midnight. I pulled up to the speaker and after 10 minutes of waiting with no response I pulled up to the second window. I yelled to the lady inside but she walked away and ignored me. Luckily I was able to cancel my order. If you don't like your job find one that makes you happy. Horrible Taco Bell I recommend you ust drive past this one.
