Upon relocating to our new home in Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A., we were among the first to grace its doors here. It's relatively sparse here, often just us. Locals prefer delivery, but we relish the dine-in experience, particularly on Tuesdays or Thursdays—those are our days. Sometimes, much like today, it's just us. Now, that's true VIP treatment! ? Undoubtedly! The prices are remarkably reasonable, and the staff is incredibly affable. Why do I articulate this? Because it's a gem! And I adore it! Terrible experience! They weren't busy and still couldn't get our order correct. My daughter specifically asked for things to be left off of her burger, and the waitress said ok. Y'all already know the stuff was still on the burger. I said this isn't right, so take it back. She tried to tell us it came on the burger and I told her that's why we requested for it to be taken off when we ordered. Her attitude was nasty. I asked for to- go boxes so I could just leave. She then tries to say I'll talk to the manager to see about getting a 50% discount due to your experience. I didn't ask; she recommended it. Then it was "my manager isn't available." Whatever, at this point. I could have matched her energy, but I'm trying to do better, and I just wasn't in the move.... so I paid exactly what my bill was and left. No tip for her and her attitude. We won't be going back...at least to that location.

Always good service and food. The manager is really nice I don't remember her name but once she gave a free drink while I waited for my order. Always have good food here. Would recommend and keep going to over and over. Keep it up.

Service was sad. Got the order wrong and wanted to be a smarty. Then lied about the manager not being availible after sub par service. The best part was walking my behind out the door. I could have took my ninety dollars somewhere else. They should be ashamed and close down until they get it together. Poor service is an understatement. Instead of Fridays they should call it Thursdays because they all still sleep.

Went here with my husband for dinner. Our waiter was very friendly, very fast service. Very great attitude. Our food came out hot. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was great!! we will be returning for future Monday night football!!!

I tried this location for the first time and was not happy at all. I ordered a sirloin, Mac & cheese, and a side salad my steak was rough and had no seasoning at all. The mac and cheese was old and mushy I could tell it was sitting for awhile. My salad lettuce was nearly old, the salad in my fridge would have been better to eat. I threw my entire meal in the trash and ended up eating my own cooked left overs. My chicken tenders were almost burnt and over cooked. The food could use alot more care.
Pros: There are plenty of parking spaces, and it is easy to locate, and prices are mild.Cons: The food was barely palatable. The staff was indifferent, and the atmosphere was stale.

Horrible food, all of it. NEVER EVER BUY THE WHISKEY STRIPS, IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT STRIPS. THEY ARE ACTUALLY THE SIZE OF NUGGETS, SMALLER EVEN. Potatoe skins, old, greasy and over cooked. We were cheated on our wing ding roulette platter. Got 12 instead of 18, as pictured on advertisement. It'll be another 10 years before I try them again, if we ever do.
