We like the taco factory. Food was delicious we had an issue with then putting cheese on a dairy allergy plate. We had to drive back to return it.

Hate leaving bad reviews but this was a much. Came in really excited since a lot of friends recommended this place. It's like any other Mexican restaurant. Server seemed overwhelmed even though it was a pretty regular evening. The chips she brought to the table were like those 99 cent bags from the store. There was a mix up on our order but that was remedied pretty quickly. The food, however, was terrible. Tortillas for my street tacos were cold, the pork tasted old and were very chewy. The side of rice and beans were fine. My wife had enchiladas which she said were salty. Nothing extraordinary about this place. Won't return.

This place is next level good. I have been looking for a GREAT taco place that serves truly fresh ingredients & this place is it! Their street tacos (I get chopped steak instead of ground, although both are good) & the burrito Leon is out of this world. Great Margs & chorizo queso. Staff is extremely friendly. We love it here & have been a ton of times - it NEVER disappoints!

I was craving tacos and visited here and the food gave me exactly what I was craving, the portions were a nice size, very fulfilling with good prices. I would definitely recommend gong here. It's a very nice atmosphere as well.

Was in the Canton area and went to The Taco Factory for dinner. Our food was fresh, nicely prepared and delicious! The restaurant is very modern, clean and inviting. Associates are friendly and helpful. It was a most enjoyable meal and we'll be back soon!

Tried it on a whim during that hour wait between hockey drop off and game start. Great street tacos and the margaritas were banging. Will definitely come here again.
My turn to give a sad review ? If you know anything about what good Mexican food is supposed to tastes like don't come here. The food wasn't horrible or not cooked it just had no flavor. Chips had no salt the salsa was ok. We got the combo fajitas ( steak, chicken and shrimp ) all was very dry rice and beans had a funny taste the grilled onions and bell peppers were the best part of the meal
My husband got a ground steak burrito It was soo horrible it was just a ground beef burrito lucky the lady took it off the bill.
The birria tacos good tastes had alot of meat only came with 3 tacos for $15 no rice or beans Lucky they had alot of meat my daughter made 6 tacos .
Overall we will not go back the staff very friendly and the place was clean

Used to be a 5 star review, but one of their servers has been extremely rude every time we have them as our server. The food is still great and I'd recommend takeout, but if you get the wrong server it's like they are angry you even decided to eat there.
