Food was good but it leaked through the bottom of the bag and got all over the car.

I love Asian food, and hate hate hate throwing any food away ever or wasting but this was practically inedible. I threw away most of the firecracker chicken, which honestly barely had any chicken in it. It was awful.

The pad thai is excellent as well as the boba tea. The rice and some appetizers could use some work but otherwise good!

Their food and service is phenomenal! I love their firecracker chicken with glass noodles and fried rice!

Vegetarian options: Everything can be customized to your restrictions and liking.

Kid-friendliness: Children can come in there. The place is small but their are vibrant colors on the walls and the people there are really nice. It's not a play space in there at all, though.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its easy for a wheelchair to get in.

They messed up my food by making it hot and adding pepper flakes to it and then stated that us American people always complaining and this was my first complaint!
They refused to remake or refund my order. They then mistake me for another customer that has complained in the past.
The service by phone was very rude

I had the drunken noodles and the beef was dry and now fresh tasting. The flavor was okay

I wanted to love this place but ended up disappointed and out over 65$. I have no issue paying for good food. I ordered 3 different buns, a chicken spring roll and the drunken noodles w/chicken. The buns were smaller than I'm used to. They had few ingredients on them and were over sauced. The bulgogi was super tough and I couldn't eat it. I'm guessing they tried to hide it with all the sauce they threw on the bun. The drunken noodles lacked any discernable flavor except the heat, they had very few noodles and were swimming in yet another overly sauced dish. The sprink roll was ok was I expected more in it for the price. The food I received was definitely not worth the money I paid. 9.50 for two tiny, underfilled buns is crazy. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied that I will not be back.

I was really excited to try this place out. The reviews were great and the pictures were even better. Unfortunately, the flavors weren't as full as I hoped. The Asian Birria Bao were excellent! The bulgogi and pork belly bao had less meat than expected and if I didn't know what they were supposed to be, I'd never have guessed it. The "Thai Loaded Fries" had zero Thai flavors. I've never seen chicken tenders on a Thai menu nor cheese. The kim chee fried rice wasn't bad, but I was hoping for it to taste a little more like gochujang or at least have a stronger kim chee flavor.

If you want good bao to compare this to, you owe it to yourself to try Bao Boys in Ann Arbor. That's the good stuff!
