This Tim Hortons is awful!
Came through the other day and they were only serving coffee, no breakfast items.
Came through today and part of my change was dropped on the ground and I had to drive back through to get my wrap!
I would avoid this location at all costs!!

I stopped by Tim Hortons just before closing and tried to go inside to check what they had left, but the doors were already locked. So, I headed to the drive-thru to place an order. Unfortunately, everything I wanted was sold out, and the only thing available seemed to be old-fashioned donuts.
Sensing my disappointment, the staff member went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and told me to pull over while she sorted out what was available. In a wonderful gesture, she handed me a box full of goodies for free! Her thoughtfulness completely brightened my evening.
It’s not often you encounter such kind service, especially at the end of a long day. A big thanks to her for turning a disappointing moment into a sweet and memorable experience. Her actions didn’t just make up for the lack of option, they left a lasting positive impression.
Excellent customer service that truly goes above and beyond, even at closing time. A heartfelt gesture I deeply appreciate. Thank you, Tim Hortons, for having such wonderful staff!

2nd time my orders been messed up. 2 time getting hard as a rock bagle and thay dident have anything ready lunch wise yet thay all sat around i think im done going there btw i also asked for blueberry cream cheese thay gave me the regular cream cheese

My chocolate glazed donut was only half-glazed and my boston cream donut had at most a tablespoon of cream in it. I’ll stick to the other tims in canton next time

I mistakenly placed an online order for a location nearby and went through this drive through. The two lovely women working 6/28 around 6:30am let me know I put the wrong location; they were very understanding and made my order in 2 seconds. I was ready to re-order and pay again but they told me it was okay. Thank you amazing ladies!
First time here in Canton and I am addicted to Tim Hortons original coffee, but this place will ruin your morning as long as the inpatient old woman is working there. All the staff were amazing besides her. The coffee had almost no cream and Suger, although I ordered a 3x3. She also gave me a look for asking her to make it for me again and to stir it well. Keep her in the baking area!

I asked about my DoorDash order and they gave me a nasty face. It was placed ahead of time, but they kept helping other walk in customers and working on their orders. Told me they had not started it or even printed out the order! Isn’t that the point of ordering ahead? Skip ahead in line? And then to treat me like an inconvenience to ask about it!
I went to McDonald’s and had a flawless experience picking up my order. It is possible to run a great to go service.
