This is the worst Tim Hortons location amongst other. They are always out of stock for something. Then you have to contact customer service which will never refund back instead some rewards. Also the menu price of all items at this store way higher than any other stores.

While the food was good they completely messed up our whole order. First I asked for an Oreo ice capp and they gave us a vanilla one. Second, we ordered 20 timbits and they clearly stated the only had blueberry, chocolate, and birthday cake left . I asked for 10 chocolate and 10 blueberry , and they gave us 10 birthday cake and ten chocolate. They also shorted us five timbits!!!

Terrible experience. Worker refused to open the doors to the dinning room because it was only her there. This was a total lie! There was another girl in the back. Then gave me the wrong donuts. I had to go back again to get the right order. Worst customer service. As if she was the one who had an inconvenience! Will NEVER come back here!

$8 sandwich was sloppily thrown together. The bread was not toasted and had somehow gotten wet. Rude staff at counter eventually gave refund after being unable to explain the poor condition of the food.

We go every Sunday through Drive Thru. Today we got the worst service through the drive thru. There was an older lady with glasses working the drive thru around 11:15am. When we pulled up the window to pay, I asked for a drink tray and she got an attitude. One of the sleeves fell from our small coffee while she was putting in the tray, she did not replace. I asked for a straw for my iced coffee and she showed attitude again and said “Here”. Then she just slammed and closed the window. One more thing is that she did not take payment from me. Just ver rude service! This experience is made me think that we should not go to Tim Hortons for a while and try other coffee places.Message for the Owner: I did fill out the support form and its a shame that no one from Tim Horton's has contacted me about this. We just have decided that it is not worth our time to return to Tim Horton's and will buy our weekend coffee and breakfast somewhere we can get customer service!!!

Every time we've come here the food/drinks have either been made incorrectly or they're out of something. Most recently we ordered an iced cap and timbits (through mobile order), but when we went to pick up the order we were told they were out of all timbits. When we went up to the window to get the iced cap, there was nobody there, and we waited for 10 minutes before deciding to leave.Not once have we had a good experience with this Tim Horton's, but we've always had a good experience with others in the area. Trust me, it's worth an extra 5-10 minute drive to just go to a different one instead of this one.

Absolutely the worsted service I have ever had. First of all staff was so incredibly rude and uneducated with regards to their menu... And there was no baked goods in the display. And we told that we had to make due with what they had... We will never go back there again. It was are morning ritual everyday to stop and pick up on the way to work.

Shares building with Wendy's, the servers were pleasant. This is my first time at Tim Hortons in usa and is a Terrible experience! The dining area looked upgraded, had a TV. The toilets were Disgusting and horrible, all of us chose to "hold it", went to Meijer. To worsen the experience, the expresso machine was broken, they were out of bagels and biscuits. This is before noon on Sunday.How do you Not have all this stocked and ready on Sunday Morning!!??I've never had a horrible experience like this in Canada. I do Not recommend this location
