Ordered coffee, donut and sandwich. Went to put my coffee and donut at a table. Came back to counter no sandwich. Another lady picked up my order and hers. I told the cashier she shrugged her shoulders and turned her back on me. I’ve been to this Hortons frequently, but Dunking Donuts is where I will eat from now on. I know this makes no difference to you, but I had to get it off my chest.

I have been coming here for a year now and handa down best service I have ever gotten LUIS that works here is vary respectful and knowledgeable about his job. If you are the owner of this establishment. I have to say make this a Manager or a good raise before another company does. As long as he works here I will keep on coming back.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but you pay for a bagel with cream cheese and they barely put any on and they charge you for extra. Coffee was cold, and the woman couldn’t give me a receipt. I usually like Tim hortons, but you all are consistently giving bad service.

This place is extremely inconsistent when it comes to iced coffee. Today I ordered a large iced double double. What I got was a large iced with a cup of cream and no sugar. Workers were polite but come on guys.
Amy took my order & made my coffee. She's great - always gets my coffee RIGHT! (Others may forget to stir!?!???) Other interactions with her have also been great. Goes above & beyond to make sure everything is correct. Always happy to hear her voice coming thru the speaker.

I bit into my breakfast wrap and strawberry blond HAIR was in my food. When I returned to ask for a refund, the manager got mad at me. DO NOT patronize this Tim Hortons.

This has to be the worst Tim Hortons location in the entire metro Detroit area. No biscuits and hashbrowns today and they didnt even offer me a free donut for the inconvenience.
