I like Tim Hortons, but this location has the worst customer service. Gonna just drive by this location and head to the next one in the future.

If disappointment had a flavor, it would be this coffee place, I ordered a simple morning cup and somehow received a lukewarm bean-flavored regret. I’ve had better coffee from a gas station at 3am. The coffee tasted like it was brewed with water that once thought about touching a coffee bean. Weak. Confused. Spiritually lost. Whoever is making this coffee you failed miserably at Life. And why is it both burnt and watery at the same time? That’s not talent, that’s negligence. SMACK YOURSELF!!!

Used to be the worst Tim Hortons in the area but now its doing pretty good. The prices seemed to have come down too. We just got breakfast for 2 for $12.

145pm on 2/12. Your workers are literally ignoring customers because they do not want to do the work. Ignored at the drive through speaker and then blatantly ignored at the window. There's literally no one there and 6 cars in your drive through currently. Just something the owner should know.

The chocolate dipped donuts barely had chocolate on them! I ordered 6 and all 6 barely had any frosting and looked like they were blind folded and distracted while dipping them donuts!

Drive thru speaker didn’t work, placed my order, they didn’t get it and told me to go back through the drive thru. Speaker didn’t work and when I kept saying hello hello hello they told me they couldn’t take my order if I was yelling!!! What a joke fix your speakers and your workers attitudes

It the best place to stop for morning coffee and donuts, Luis is always there ready to help and giving great service , he is always running around and busy but he does the best job out of all of them :) I love being on of his customers on the daily

Ordered their Farmer Wrap & breakfast Wrap Snacker at 7:00 a.m. . .. Something very sinister is going on here !! Only 1 sausage patty and 1 egg yoke included & BOTH TORN IN HALF BY HAND, threw in a half slice of chees & a cold hash brown. Neither sandwich was hot at all and completely lacking !! This is bad service for the money and I feel disgusted. Same thing done to both sandwiches. I paid almost $9 & I don't care so much about the money.... what's happened to the service and portion ??

The worker carried my coffee without gloves and handled it by the opening before putting a top on. And I had to ask for a sleeve 3 times. I tossed it. Unsanitary and unsfae.

Came up there at 7 pm and the doors was locked a hour before they where supposed to and the girl just looked at me forced me to leave and come back with my car not good costumer service at all
