This has to be the worst Tim Hortons location in the entire metro Detroit area. No biscuits and hashbrowns today and they didnt even offer me a free donut for the inconvenience.

They told me they couldn’t serve me because they are in the middle of a shift change?! I was getting a coffee and a donut. Been working in food service for years and I would get paddled if I ever tried to pull that. Like you are suppose to be a Canadian business. It’s a coffee and a donut it takes not even 2 minutes. Minimum Wage Workers when they have to do their Minimum Effort Job: :((. Imagine trying to pull that in a hospital and you let someone die because oh shift change! too bad your code blue! Too bad i was gonna leave a tip of 5 million dollars :( tell me your bad at your job without telling me your bad at your job
They throw their donuts out 1 hour before they close. What a waste of food.
The workers were nice and explained it would take a bit to get my caramel macchiato due to some machine issues. It took 15 minutes. Does someone need to look into this? Cause who has time to wait 15 minutes for a coffee?

Had two people talking over the mic trying to get my order at the same time and once we tried to correct our order we get a bit of an attitude. Says something and then switches it up. Not the first issue with customer service
Always good food.

Men's bathroom was FILTHY! Looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. It was also VERY COLD. WHY is it not heated (at least a bit)?

Out of many basic items most days. No coke, no hash browns, they are also extremely rude! This location has gone downhill. Avoid it if you can.

Food was terrible, hashbrowns were freezer burned and tasted stale
Today's service was actually pretty good! I could hear her smile through the intercom. The young woman was also very attentive. She made sure I liked my coffee and not in a rude way!
Since I have health restrictions my order required accommodations, and she was more than happy to make sure it was done right. I appreciate that. Keep up the good work. 😉

Terrible Customer Service: Rude and Unprofessional
I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons today. I ordered a triple-triple coffee, but when I finally tasted it after around 20 minutes (we had gone to an appointment and returned afterward), it didn’t taste right at all. It wasn’t like the regular triple-triple—something was off, maybe it needed more cream or something, but it tasted bad.
When we went back to the store to ask them to fix it, the staff member (pictured) was incredibly rude from the start. She claimed she had been the only one working all day, even though we were served by someone else earlier. We asked her to just remake the coffee, but instead of helping, she kept asking for a receipt (which we didn’t have) and refused to do anything.
We even asked her to check the security cameras to verify that we had been there earlier, providing her with the time we came and the car we used, but she completely ignored that.
Her attitude was shockingly rude—she shut the window on us twice. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she was the supervisor but refused to give us any information to escalate the issue. She wouldn’t even provide her name and only gave a general number for the store, ensuring our complaint wouldn’t reach anyone higher up.
To make matters worse, she called the police on us just because we asked for the coffee to be fixed. It wasn’t about the money, but about how we were treated as customers. Instead of handling a simple mistake, she treated us like a problem.
I’m posting this review not only to share my experience but also as a warning. If this isn’t addressed, she might treat other customers this way. Hopefully, the owner or management will see this and take action. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and no customer should be treated like this.
