I previously had a double chocolate donut that was really good. A few days later, I decided to return for another. I went to Tim Horton on Michigan Ave and Belleville Rd. Purchased the 2 donuts that cost $2.95. I gave the young lady at the counter at $20 bill. She gave me the change and I put it in my wallet. I thought she had given me the receipt.
I left there to get my car washed ( ancross the streer( less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant) and realized that the employee did not give me my full change. I was short $5. when I paid for the wash that was when I realized that the employee did not give me my full change back. I immediately returned to the restaurant to only be treated as if I was wrong. The so called supervisor on shift; 11/23/25 about 340pm was rude and not accommodating. She made it appear as if I was not being honest because I did not have a receipt. The employee who took my order failed to give me a receipt nor did she ask if I wanted it.
The employee who took my order does remember the transaction as she told me and the other employee the exact change that was due to me; $17.05 then I told her she shorted my change and I am owed $5.
This is where it got ugly. The unprofessional supervisor professionalism was horrible and she failed to do her due diligence to assist me. She offered no support nor did she give me information how to address this matter with someone with higher authority than herself You have young and unprofessional people who do not know how to handle customer complaints. They did not try to resolve my issue. They were too busy not wanting to help me with the matter as if I am at fault and it is clearly the employee who serviced me who failed to give me the correct change back. She deliberately failed to not give me my receipt so that I would not have recourse to get my $5 owed to me that she had taken. That employee knew what she was doing and that if she remembered the amount of the money due to me, then she should know that she failed to give me the full amount. I left the store without resolution. Very, very dissatisfied customer.

Always very fast and friendly even when they have a line wrapped around the building I've never waited more then maby 10 minutes and they have never got my order wrong

This Tim Horton’s location is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 I will tell you why. Accountability, caring, cleanliness, communication, engaging, enthusiasm, friendliness, professional, respect, responsibility, and “TEAMWORK”!!! 🤝 Crystal, Shelby, Teddy, Fawzi…They have FUN at work, they SHARE their JOY 🤗 😊 with their customers 🥰 ❤️ and they “lead by example”. 😇🙏

Not a great place if you visit after 5 PM. Every time I order a hot coffee, it’s served extremely cold — almost like they intentionally let it sit out. I even went back once to let them know the coffee was stone cold, but the response from the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Really disappointing experience, especially for a brand that’s supposed to be known for good coffee.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
This Tim Hortons is a complete joke. The donuts are ALWAYS old and stale, never fresh. Any food you order comes out cold like it’s been sitting around forever. Absolutely unacceptable—you pay for fresh food and get garbage instead. Unreal how they keep getting away with this. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else!

April of this year, I came in with a broken ankle. Right away an employee by the name of Shelby helped me to a seat and took my order and even brought my food to me. We had a nice conversation and overall she was one of the most genuine people i’ve ever met. Even now, Shelby and I still talk when I come in and she gives some of the best top-notch service. Never once I have walked out without being overly satisfied. Totally recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable service with an amazing atmosphere.
