Placed a mobile order today, and went to go pick up via the drive thru. Upon getting there, I was informed by the staff that they did not sell anything on my order, and that I would have to call customer service for a refund. I pulled into the parking lot of the Tim Hortons to do just that, but found that getting ahold of customer support for this matter was futile. Ultimately, I was advised that this was an issue for the store to address, but considering it was the store who told me to contact support... I kept being led in circles and what was meant to be a quick pick me up after work turned into a very time consuming and confusing matter with no results. Very disheartening.

Horrible service, my order is never right here. Ordered a pretzel bagel BELT and got 2 eggs with sausage and cheese on a plain bagel, and a plain bagel with cream cheese that I never ordered.. With a rock hard non-edible hash brown. I stopped ordering food here months ago because my order is always messed up but lately even the coffee is COLD, today it was barely luke warm. As a pregnant woman with very strong food aversions right now this was a really annoying way to start my day. Thanks!!! Will not be back.

Waited in line for abt 20 minutes. got to the speaker and turns out they were only doing coffee and donuts. I decided to try another location, but the way the drive thru is set up i couldn't leave until the cars in front me got their stuff so I was effectively trapped in the drive thru for about 35 minutes. Fun times

The absolute WORST AND SLOWEST Tim Hortons I've ever been too. 25 minutes for 2 coffees! There was only 3 cars infront of us. Tim Hortons is supposed to be quick and fast coffee. Ended up being 25 minutes late to a soccer game. Basically missed the entire thing, because once your in the line your stuck and can't get out. I'll never go back here! Workers were even worse and so rude!

For 2 for $6 breakfast sandwich, they charged extra money. Some times in the morning the bagel and cream cheese is pre-prepared and cold. Employees are not motivated and friendly. Some times coffee is cold and not strong enough.

This store is franchised and not corporate owned, so they set their own prices. They're over $2 more for the same breakfast sandwich combo you can get elsewhere.

Rude! Horrible customer service. I placed my order at the window. A simple two items. When I reached the window they only had one and claimed she read the order back and that next time I can’t do “add ons” at the window and will need to come inside. It wasn’t an add on but what I ordered. There was no need for her to be snarky, she obviously didn’t hear my whole entire order. I’ll never go here ever again.

They make beautiful mistakes. I ordered a hot chocolate with all the trimmings. They gave me a ice cold chocolate milk with all the trimmings. I never knew they would make those. Turns out I will get that drink in the summertime and get hot chocolate in the winter. The employees were cool and actually equally assorted the donuts. I hope they keep up the good work.

Went there last night and the only thing they had available was drinks and coffee they said they had no donuts and no food in the restaurant what Tim Hortons has no food and no Donuts in the restaurant

Atmosphere was normal, nothing any other Tim Hortons doesn't have already. Now that I got that out of the way. Went there to get my daughter pumpkin spice. Timbitz was told they didn't have them at that location, so I asked for chocolate very common flavor. Was told they don't have them either they only had 2 flavors, and that was it.The server offered no suggestions at all when I prompted for options he said yeah "we don't carry much of anything at this location it's only this location others do carry more than us." Felt like he wanted me to go as I was bothering him, it was 5pm they don't close till 8pm so it was not closing time. I asked what doughnuts flavors they had. Bought 12 of those in the flavors I wanted and went on my way. Next time, I will go to Dunkin doughnuts shame cause this is the closest doughnut shop to my house.
