Açaí bowl was frozen not made fresh- couldn’t eat it asked to blend it so I could eat it, said no - crazy save your money

Parking lot lights need to come on earlier than 6:10pm. It's pitch black out already and very difficult to see and feels unsafe.
I did an online order for pickup. My food was ready right on time so I could just walk in, grab it, and be on my way home.

Stopped here to grab a smoothie with my daughter. It was a tad on the expensive side and did not have a very warm and fuzzy greeting but the smoothies were good.

I have recently moved to canton and always stop by a tropical smoothie on my way to work, but this location is just NOT it. Every morning I have been there they say they open at 7AM, but multiple times now I’ve came and the doors were still locked passed 7:15AM and the lights were not even on yet in the store. Other people were waiting also in the parking lot for tropical smoothie to open. That’s ridiculous your establishment opens at 7AM not any time after 7. Someone needs to get their stuff together in there or needs to be replaced because this is ridiculous.

Actually had a really pleasant time here despite the reviews posted. Juliana ( I hope I spelled it right! ) took care of me and made me a really great chicken pesto sandwich’s definitely worth the $8. Super happy with how I’m treated. Thank you a lot.

This establishment is disgusting internally. The female management needs to quit and retrain herself on how to manage a business/ employees. not Just bully because no one is stopping them. The Jessica one is the Bully. power trips and belittles most of her staff on any of the days I’ve come in and seen her.

I don’t know how she’s still working there. Maybe they can’t or don’t know how to report her. I heard her say to “do xyz or leave” loudly. Amongst Many other inappropriate statements. That’s not how you correct someone’s behavior effectively/ appropriately.

It’s obvious She’s the reason there’s always new faces there. Why Everyones on edge and not able to be as friendly when she’s around. Including the other managers. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this one’s also closed in a couple years with her still there.

Clearly, I won’t be going back.

You’d think the owner would care enough about their business to see a parasite like her has been the reason they can’t find/ keep enough good employees.

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly unless you want them watching a grown woman emotionally take out her personal issues on her staff.

The way that upper management speaks to their employees is awful! I’m guessing she is the store manager. Her name is Jessica(I asked the employee as they walked out in tears). I’ve visited this location a few times and the employees are usually welcoming, but today everyone seemed on edge. She is nothing short of a bully. To belittle your employees is never acceptable and should be addressed. I hope that Jessica’s boss reaches out to their employees, and listen to what they have to say about the store manager. The younger male manager is usually upbeat, and today his cheeks were red and he seemed annoyed. I will be looking into contacting corporate, because no one should have to work in a hostile workplace.

How hard is it to read a order receipt? Two days in a row I order a Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap with no beans. Both times they make it with beans. It says no beans right on the sticker! This generation is hopeless.

I ordered my smoothie online. I work down the street, and I got stuck at work. I ended up finally going to pick up my smoothie a couple hours after the scheduled time fully under the impression that I would have to buy another smoothie. Thankfully Ashley save the day with making me a new fresh smoothie with no extra charge. She was so sweet! Thank you!
