Recently I had a surprise 70th birthday party for a friend. I contacted Darren asking for some suggestions for the menu since many young grandchildren out numbered the adults attending the party. His Macaroni and Cheese was wonderful as well as his Potato Salad. Just barely enough for leftovers the next.day. Everyone enjoyed it and scarfed it up . This is my 4th event with him. All very different and each one being fabulous. He makes planning an event so easy.
We had Vassels Main Street Catering for our baby shower event. I have hosted many events over the years that were catered and this by far stands above the rest! Vassel's has been our family caterer for more than ten years. They have prepared food for us to pick up and cooked for Christening celebrations, graduations and birthdays in our home -- and have catered a wedding at a beautiful outdoor venue.
