They're lying and saying my order doesn't exist because they don't want to make it. I placed it an hour before close.

Food was cold. Burger was ordered plain due to allergies and was loaded with sauces and onions. Large fries (2) were only filled half way. Ruined my dinner.
Yo, you guys need to check your sauce packets. Stop giving people spoiled junk. The chili hot sauce is supposed to be red, not a translucent yellowish color. Out of the three sauce packets that they gave me, one of them looks normal but the other two were definitely spoiled. I dumped one of the spilled ones into the chili before I realized. I'm not even sure if I can eat this chili anymore.
I wish I could rate no stars!!! Absolutely disgusting found hair in my sandwich and a maggot in my chili tried to call but no one will pick up. They also forgot my baconator fries and we waiting at the window for over ten minutes before anyone even opened it. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I’m contacting the health department because this is sickening.

Wow just wow, so incredibly uncaring. The worker rung our food up wrong, only rang up and made 2 combos instead of 3. She handed us two we just waited at the window and she says oh I only charged you for the two. Then we pay again and she only rang up and made a sandwich. Acted like we were a bother. Avoid this location

Sat at the drive through for 30 min. Went inside...no one working the front counter. Terrible experience.
After waiting 30 minutes to NOT get the food we paid for, Matt the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He also refused to resolve the issue.

Wow, I can't recommend this Wendy's anymore. I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru line.
Right after I ordered in the app, they marked it as picked up so I couldn't cancel. They're probably doing that to make their order times look good.

Waited 20 minutes and finally got someone to take my order. Multiple employees standing around doing nothing. No employee uniforms. No hats, no hair nets.
