Went to pick up a "quick" lunch for myself and my family. Ended up waiting in line for more than 30 minutes just to order and once ordered had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my food. Granted food was fresh when I got it, but thats too be expected when someone waits 30 minutes for their food, when it's supposed to be "fast".

Waited on my food for 30 min while others that had ordered after me got their orders, asked manager for refund and she gave me attitude, told her that 4 people that ordered after me received their food and I was still waiting.

We placed our order online and picked it up in the drive thur. Staff were not very welcoming. We ordered 2 ice cream frosty and didn't get spoons to eat them, which we didn't notice until we were on the freeway.

My double burger was dried out and disgusting probably sat under a heat lamp, it truly had no moisture to it. Wendy's used to advertise needing extra napkins for the juicy patties not at this location. Was missing 2 of the 4 drinks and no straws.

Trash! Cold fries, woman up front did not know anything (wasn't trained) ghost pepper nuggets but given plain nuggets with ghost pepper ranch sauce on the side. Straight trash! Soda mellow yellow was spoiled, took hours to recieve the food as a walk in. DEI at its finest....
