Every time I order from here I order the chicken sandwich with extra pickles. Every time I receive my sandwich it ends up being with no pickles at all. The customer service sucks, rude when answering on the mics through the drive 'thru. Every time you need a sauce for something it is never in the bag. what is the purpose of asking for what kind of sauce someone wants or anything if it never ends up in their bag. When going through a drive through or to anywhere really you should not have to expect to check your bags especially if you're the only person in the drive thru. very disappointed.

Had a taste for caesar parmesean salad. I went thru drive thru and was greeted very warmly. I wondered..Will they? I took a deep breath and asked for homestyle chicken instead of grilled. A kind "yes" was the answer. I was elated. Wendy's Canton was a great experience and I look forward to kind friendly service in the future

Food is decent but everything else is terrible. I'm pretty sure the employees are constantly stoned. When I pulled into the drive through all I get asked is welcome to Wendy's. No, how can I help you or anything. When I ordered the food I get told to pull around and at the window not once was the price told to me the employee just held their hand out for payment not a single word. I guess the employees aren't use to handling cash because it took them over a minute to figure out how to count out 8 cents in change. This location should be shut down and if it's a franchise location there deal should be revoked. This is a good location that should get plenty of buisness like the mcdonalds in the same parking lot. The only reason this location gets buisness is because the mcdonalds gets busy.

They only put two of the smallest pieces of bacon on my 9 dollar baconator.
Truly mismanaged. I used the drive through, ordered a Dave’s triple combo. At the window, the lady asked me to repeat my order so I could pay. Then 30 seconds later another lady tries yo hand me a bag with chili; I told her that wasn’t mine. About another 30 seconds later the first woman hands me a bag, so then I asked if that was indeed my order because I thought it was fast considering she just asked me to repeat my order about a minute ago. She assured me it was my order. Once I got back to my office I opened the bag and there it was, the chili I just told their staff I didn’t order. This just show how bad their management is. Never going back!

Update: No idea what's wrong with this place, very short staffing, very often out of important ingredients. Not seeing many lines out here anymore, but I guess that's because people don't wanna go here.
Great food. Sometimes there will be hour long waits in line at the drive through. I don't know if they're short on staff or something, but it does keep me from going there as often as I used to.
Never met such a nasty group of evening employees. Got my order completely wrong, terrible attitudes, spilled my drink all over the outside of the cup purposefully. It’s no wonder they work In fast food and they’ll be working there the rest of their lives with work ethic and attitudes like that.

Hands down this has to be the most inept, incompetent Wendys in Michigan. I have told my wife forever DO go to this Wendys and after tonight I think she finally gets it. Ordered 5 items and two were missing a third was half filled.NO MORE
