For having a pretty well staffed restaurant the speed of service was like who cares attitude...and it felt very awkward standing in line inside waiting for our order to be fulfilled I had to ask for our beverages bc they didn't automatically put the drinks up on the tray. Just very shocked how many people on schedule and not one employee working as a team member. The manager definitely needs a raise she was having to re direct the crew to do jobs or to stay focused.

Im thinking none of cooks here can read.... my receipt was correct but my food wasn't... even my replacement sandwich was made wrong but receipt was right... what do I have to do to get the correct sandwich from this place?

The food was exactly what I order and hot my issue was the drive thru was too slow. If I hadn’t prepaid I would do drove off 30+ minutes for Wendy’s is insane

Night manager was very rude customer service was by far the worst I’ve encountered…..food was horrible old patties old nuggets cold fries forgot my sauce just all kinds of horrible. FIRE HER! -20/10

WORST service EVER, the ladies at the window tonight had NO customer service skills. She gave me cold hard fries, didn’t put the sauce I paid for in the bag. She didn’t speak just handed me my drink, money and pop didn’t say have a great night or thank you or anything. It’s a shame to have someone working the window with so much disregard for a customer. I really wish I could give a zero star rating. Sad part is I go to this location at least 3 times a week. After this interaction I will not be going back. It’s just sad you can’t be happy and represent your company. Everyone goes through things in life and you never know what a customer might be going through and just to give a smile and SPEAK could make a difference in someone’s life. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
