Had a taste for caesar parmesean salad. I went thru drive thru and was greeted very warmly. I wondered..Will they? I took a deep breath and asked for homestyle chicken instead of grilled. A kind "yes" was the answer. I was elated. Wendy's Canton was a great experience and I look forward to kind friendly service in the future
Hello ~ I had a great experience at this location. The food was A1 and the staff was exceptional. The person taking the orders through the drive through was definitely customer/client friendly. I asked for a hot meal and I got just what I requested. When I drove off - the person doing maintenance duties shred with me to have a good day, and to come back again! Extremely, blessed encounter.
Went here after work and decided to eat inside. Even though drive thru was busy and not many workers, someone was able to take my order within a few moments. The employees were also quick to speak to me when I came in. The drink machine could have been in a better condition. A few of the options were out of order, also the ketchup was in need of refilling. Overall, my dining experience was a good one. The food was hot, and the price was fair,and the service was fast and friendly.
