I personally won't come back to this location. Took 30 minutes to get my food after placing my order with absolutely nobody in the lobby waiting. Not once did the staff ask if I needed help with anything.

I stopped by here. When I pulled up to the window, there was a male and female working together. They were really friendly with each other. So friendly with each other they couldn't do their job. All my food tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer. There wasn't anyone in line...and I still had to wait for my food. Maybe if the employees paid more attention to doing their jobs and not flirting with each other. I might not have wasted $12. I would suggest going to the McDonald's across the road. The customer service at the mcdonalds isnt great. But alteast the food is hot.** S/N IM WILLING TO BET THE FOOD THEY TAKE DURING THEIR SHIFT AND THE FOOD THEY TAKE HOME AT NIGHT IS PROBANLY COOKED TO PERFECTION. **

Ever since 2020, this Wendy's has gone downhill. The food is just fine. The service to get it is unacceptable.It's hard to blame the staff entirely, but the problem is a staffing issue. Over the last few years, the management must have decided to live with minimal staffing. Because of this, the time to get food is unacceptably long.Anyone who's been here knows that if you pull up and see 2 cars at the drive-thru menu, you are going to wait about 30 minutes, and you might as well drive away. And if you want to bypass it and try to walk in, the staff may lock the doors at any time of the day. They've already stated they lock up if they don't have staff, and it's frequent enough that they do it across all business hours. I've seen it locked up as early as 1 pm.The drive-thru monitor has continued to show an error message for more than a year now. The interior is worn and aging. They cannot competently process online orders with in-person orders. Everything about this place shows the owner's intentions: to run it as cheaply as possible, invest nothing into it, and serve any customer willing to wait.There is an Arby's and McDonalds nearby, pretty much walking distance. Unless you hate their food, just go there and avoid this mess of a Wendy's. If you value your time, you shouldn't come here.

I went to the drive thru. I had a long wait for a fish sandwich. When I got home everything else in the bag was cold, except for the fish sandwich.

Good service and the food was good. Always clean at this location as well which I like.Manager Katie and employees were helpful and friendly. Seems like there are more employees and operating much better than prior months.

It's in a decent enough location to get business, but its usually empty. There is a good reason for this! Its poorly lit, not remodeled, long wait times, no real rush or interest in service. Food is good when you're patient enough to wait for it, but its such a headache to go here. I blame the franchisee. Sell now and cut your losses. A new owner could turn this place profitable.

I sat for several mins this time thinking they must have closed at 6:00 again and didn't bother to turn off the lights. only to find one guy out front smoking and 2 people on their phone no ear piece by the drive through. when I stop and asked are you closed? Oh we didn't know you were back there. Obviously, this must be the first day they've ever been open. Another time it was 6:50 pm and they had already turned off the frosty machine to clean had only hambers because they didn't want to make baked potatoes up. because there was only 2 of them working. Earlier this week they closed at 6:50. They need to just close this place.I would be scared that the food was out of date by how Little they are open

Came to this Wendy's at 10:30 a.m. doors are locked no one at drive-thru. Cars in parking lot however but no service. They are not open at 6:30 or even 10:30

If I could give half a start I would. They don't wear glove when grabbing food, nuggets, fries, etc. were unable to help me use a simple buy one get one on a 10 piece nugget because the managers are too lazy to take a second to train their new staff on how to activate a coupon. I do not recommend going to this Wendy's as they can't complete a simple task or follow health code rules they are given. Everyone needs to be retrained.
