Food was soggy and fries not hor but warm/cold. I ordered via doordash and was there in minutes. The trifling lady with glasses didnt make eye contact; didnt verify my order and was rude. She handed me a bag and closed window while i was asking questions. She went and hid in the back and did not return to the window. This is the WORST customer service ever and the food was not up to standard. A regional manager needs to clean this place up. It is situated in an affluent community in Canton, and the workers are bringing its brand down. I bet this store loses a ton of money.

I wonder if the person who “prepared” the burgers, would have served this undercooked beef, soaking wet gummy buns, slop to their pet? Being a paying customer, I definitely expect to be provided with actual edible and safe food for consumption. Not worrying about food poisoning and/or food safety protocols. Definitely a lesson learned, I’ll be eating out a whole lot less.

At times my sliders are good. And at times they're not good at all it's a hotnor miss. I'm pleasantly surprised today enough of ketchup and mustard not disappointed at all. Customer service is always amazing.
