I felt like the server was bit racist. I requested for courtesy glass of water. She said they don’t have glass for water with cold demeanor. Then as I was eating in the store another African American customer came in and the same server was very welcoming told them there is a survey in the bottom of the receipt and she can get complementary fries after she complete the survey. Where she didn’t even bother printing my receipt let alone inform me about the promotion. Also, I saw her hand out the complementary drink glass to another customer as well.

Don’t bother coming to this location. The couple times I’ve been here orders were messed up, sauces were spilled in the bag, and if you order in store or have a pickup the lady I dealt with multiple times(which I’m pretty sure is the manager) constantly has a nasty attitude. You can find better somewhere else!!

We ordered deliver for 20 wings, only got 9. Everything was delivered ice cold. When we called to ask for a refund we were told that only GM or DM can process refunds. So, two people that aren’t there everyday are the only one that can process refunds? How does that make any sense?

Guess we’ll wait and I’ll attempt to call tomorrow? Kind of ridiculous. If this is the case not the guy on the phones fault, but crazy you don’t trust your managers .

Tried Wingstop based on a friend’s recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered online for pickup, and the order was ready right on time. We chose a variety of wing flavors to try, and everything tasted great—flavorful and cooked well. Overall, a solid experience and a great spot if you’re craving wings. Would definitely order again.

I ordered two boneless meal deals but received only 30 of the 40 items. I called to report the issue and was placed on hold but never spoke with anyone after waiting 15 minutes with no resolution, I called back and was placed on hold again without assistance.

First off 10 out of 10 recommend! Let’s start off with the front end Mrs. Toby is awesome I love her customer service. She is amazing! Now let’s talk about sumo his Chicken omg yall he do the chicken right he work at night yall he fry that chicken with his heart and soul. I will literally leave if these two not there perfect combination. Toby keep you smiling while sumo plying crazy in the kitchen. This is the best location. Thank Sumo and Toby yall have a forever customer!

Ordered half lemon pepper and half haunted habanero; I thought the Haunted Habanero was going to be hotter, but still had a great smoky flavor.

Otherwise, great service by the staff and the wings themselves were very tasty. Will definitely come back to try the other flavors.

I walked into Wingstop at about 612. Wingstop team members did not even greet me as I approached the Service counter. No acknowledgment until I spoke up. I asked three of the employees was I supposed to order online because I I was there for at least 10 minutes before someone said a word to me. The energy and the vibes were flat out low. I am sure that it’s not the core values the Wingstop company. Having employees like that surely will detour people from entering their establishment. I have been to at least five Wing stop Location. The Wing-stop in Canton i Has the driest Atmosphere. So here I am writing a review for Wing-stop Canton Michigan. Google refills does a 2.7 and I understand the reason why that is the case..
Come on guys let’s be better!

My home made chicken made theirs look and taste like a 3yr old prepared it , not enough seasoning, tough like it was microwaved, raw colored skin… after forcing to chew the first piece I tossed it. Count it a loss, never to return. YUK

Poor customer service. Ordered classic wings online was given boneless wings when called the store location. They told me to bring the food back and they will replace it. However, I’m at work! Was advised to skip lunch just to bring five wings back totally did not read the order representative did not care. poor hospitality, poor customer service skills Zero out of 10 would not recommend.
Go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead
