To preface, we got a huge carry out order.

Service was great. Food ready quickly. Organized well for distribution at my workplace. Friendly service.

Down side. Food is passable. Not bad. Not great. Looks phenomenal but something gets lost in the prep or cook.

Overall I would still recommend this place.

The chicken sandwich here is excellent. I really like this spot. It’s kind of like a fast food place in terms of food selection but it’s better. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The fries are crispy and perfectly seasoned. I can’t wait to go back and try a burger!

Zo’s good burger was my fav spot. We used to go to the one in Garden City but thought we’d try the one in Canton and I wish we didn’t. We ordered the truffle burger (newly added item) and swiss mushroom burger and a side of breaded chicken. The amount of oil that was in the breaded chicken, burgers and fries was disguting!!! It was so greasy… My husband and I were shocked cause there was really noone there except us and probably another table. It wasn’t crowded at all!! I do not know what is wrong with that branch specifically but we re definitely not having Zo’s burger anytime soon, or at least until we forget about rhe greasiness. 😖😖

Good food, good service, and clean as always. I see reviews complaining about waiting for some time, but that's expected now adays. Every restaurant is struggling to find employees, yet these guys showed up, and put the work, and made a good meal

They always mess up orders, mostly it’s forgetting items like turkey bacon, onions and such which is bad enough but now they are completely giving you different orders then what you ordered. Food is good but man they ALWAYS mess up orders. It’s crazy I’ve never seen that in another food place before.

Worst burger place I have ever been to. Burgers came out barely warm. They forgot to put onions and mushrooms on my wife’s mushroom burger. The ketchup pump was out (they had lots of ketchup packets).

I ordered the good burger and the cheese sticks on the were not gooey as you would hope. At the end of the day, just now flavorful.

My wife told me she wished I would have taken her to McDonalds.

Wonderful service, feels like family! Food is always perfection. Vibes give exactly what you want from a burger place and take out is usually ready within 10 minutes, even when busy. Best milkshakes around.
