Go here about twice a month. The portions are very hit and miss. More often than not over the last 3 months though the portion size is tiny. I’ll be driving the extra 15 minutes to Imlay City for a while. Hopefully they get better.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at this Taco Bell location that I feel is important to share. After paying for my order with cash, the employee took the entire amount I handed over and did not offer any change back. I am certain the amount I gave was more than the total cost, yet no effort was made to return the difference.
What made the situation worse was the implication that I should ask for my change—something that felt intentionally designed to make me uncomfortable or embarrassed. I chose not to engage, not because the change didn’t matter, but because the principle does. Customers should not be placed in the position of having to request money that is rightfully theirs.

Normally the food is very good and done right. However tonight I didn't get to enjoy some of my food because there was long hairs in it. Very disappointing. Clean it up please.

I really appreciate the staff. Very helpful. But Corporate, please hear me: Your drink menu is Extremely Confusing ☹️ No Pepsi mentioned, just lots of drinks I’ve never heard of. Please let us have Vernors at this location. It will make you Stick Out, and get more orders.

Would give the service 10/5 stars if we could! We just had to share how consistently great our experience has been at the Taco Bell in Capac, MI. Every time we visit, Michael in the drive-through is fantastic. He’s always extremely professional, quick to take our order, and double-checks to make sure it’s correct. He has such a friendly, welcoming customer service presence, greeting us with a smile every time.
It really makes a difference when someone takes pride in their work, and Michael absolutely does. We also want to give a big shout-out to the manager, who is equally friendly and professional. The whole team runs this location so well that we keep coming back. Thanks for the excellent service. It deserves to be recognized!

Very kind manager and employees. The environment was clean and neat, with a clear view of the kitchen—which looked extremely well-run and spotless. I even saw an employee wipe down the stainless steel after every single order. It might seem excessive, but I genuinely appreciate that level of care.
They also got my very picky online order exactly right, no complaints at all. I removed the beans, added sauce, asked for light sour cream, and had fries added to a burrito—and they nailed it, fast and accurate.
