Best burgers in town. Not fast food so it takes a few minutes, but for about the same price as a combo at a fast food place you get an amazing burger and really good fries. The service depends on which waitress you get. Tish is great - friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. The younger waitress I've had a couple times - kind of the opposite.
Absolutely could not have been happier with our meal tonight!! People were amazing an friendly, food was awesome (Philly, Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, onion rings and fried pickles)! Everything was awesome. It’s worth a trip for the fried pickles and French fries!!!! Will be back within two weeks!!

I came here a few times food was great came here today wanted a build your own bowl they were out of several of the ingredients that go in the bowl!you should take it off the menu if you don't have the ingredients to serve it!!when I asked for a manager I was told there isn't one it's who ever had been there the longest was the person in charge!then I said well who's the person who runs the place what's his name I was told Danny and he's sick so he won't be here!very unprofessional I wont be back!

We have been a couple times now and everything we have tried is delicious. The homemade fries are my favorite. The burgers are great. I tried the mashed potato bowl this weekend and it was the best comfort food on a cold day. I couldn't finish it but I tried my best. if you haven't been, you need to try them, they are the best and very friendly. Best customer service around.

This place is pretty frigging awesome guys! Give it a try. Honestly my girl and I saw all the restaurants and were intrigued. It wasn't until our neighbor said that HE goes there that we went. I got to tell you.... burger(classic "jazzy") was AWESOME. Their handcut fries were amazing. The jalapeño poppers were the best I've ever had. My gfs meal was excellent too.
But the interior decor was PHENOMINAL!! Felt awesome in there!! Everything custom!
For real though.... give this place a shot. A bonus is that it's some local person that cares about monroe, and dedicates a hallway to pictures of the city back in the day, and sources everything locally!
On a second visit... I got the California street tacos. Don't get them. It's as if someone who doesn't eat Mexican food saw a picture, put on a Sombrero, and tried to make them.

Just as good and it doesn’t take 5 guys to make. If you get a burger, I recommend charbroiled medium. Citizens of Monroe we need to support our locally owned spots/ this one deserves it .

I got the chicken hoagie, and the buffalo Mac and cheese, and they were really good! They hand cut their fries, and everything is FRESH!!! Not only was the food good, but the presentation was a +10! Everyone working was so nice, and the inside of the restaurant gives you that old school diner vibe! I would definitely recommend!
Kid-friendliness: They have big booths, and crane game!
I never got food. We went in and they told us to seat ourselves. We waited for 15 minutes and even made eye contact with the waitress and noone came to the booth. So we left.
I get my burgers medium rare and a lot of times it’s dried out, but not at Jazzy’s. It was juicy and very flavorful. The French fries were the best I’ve ever had. Lots of flavor also. If you want a delicious burger and fries, I would highly recommend Jazzy’s!!!
Parking: Parking is right at the entrance, so there’s no walking around the building like at some places.
