10 out 10 times , chewy like rubber! Dough taste bad. But if I get the same pizza in Dundee Tiffany pizza it taste amazing! Even down town Monroe’s is good. But 98% of the time Carletons is terrible!

Ordered 3 Grinders...paid to add sausage ,found 5 drops of the sausage inside wrapper outside my sub! Way disappointed. $40+ spent n very disappointed this time around. May, May not give another try ...debatable

Tried this place for the first time and the food was fantastic! My order was correct and the staff was super helpful and pleasant. I got the gluten free pepperoni for me and my husband got a regular pepperoni. He said his was amazing and mine was so so delicious! The order was ready ahead of schedule too!

I was excited to see the flyer with pretzel crust pizza. So I ordered a pizza. First time trying this place. No salt on the crust and too much cheese. The flyer shows a good balance of pepperoni and cheese. I call (usually not a complainer) and tell the manager the situation. They bring another one, it looks just as bad or worse than the first. I did find it odd they wanted it back, makes me wonder if they would sell it to someone else after it's been in another customers possession.

It's alright. My first time here so, it was ok. Nothing special just pizza imo🍕 😊.
Ten topping thin crust pizza, plus black and green olives was DELICIOUS! The crust was butter Parmesan and it was crunchy and made as ordered. The mozzarella sticks are good, well done as requested. I'll be back again. Definitely recommend!

I paid for double cheese. When the pizza arrived I didn't see any cheese, they sent another pizza. I received my order in like 10-15 minutes and had to put my pizza and mozzarella bread in the oven to continue cooking it. I usually get good cooked food from there but not this time, I ordered a meal so I didn't have to cook. VERY DISSATISFIED

I know a lot of of them are kids and this is probably their first job; And if it’s not then I don’t know what other excuse to give them but they’re very rude and Snotty over the phone..the few times that I have gotten hair (like 8 inches long in my pizza) they just looked at me and said oh that sucks. But it’s local and I don’t wanna drive far. Just wish you would choose your employees a little better.

I'm sorry that it has to come to this because I do like Tiffanys pizza with exception to the Carleton location. This Tiffanys is by far the worst out of all pizza here in Monroe county it's always sloppy thrown together with no care of how the pizza looks it's sloppy Everytime. I think there employees need to take a little more pride in putting this food together.
