I was Verrrrryy hungry so I decided to order a pizza from Tiffany’s. Said it would be 20 mins. I walk in and give my name and the kid pulls the pizza down and start to ring me up. Says the total and I hand him a 50$ bill. He says sorry I can only take that if the order is 50$ or more. I’m like are you serious right now?!?! So long story short I left without food as I only had the cash on me not my wallet and am left finding myself food from somewhere else. Lost my business forever.

Ordered delivery, pizza box caved in on the driver in his route to us. He apologized, we were understanding. Driver came back with a brand new pizza for us! We didn't ask for one. We were very appreciative that he did that! Thank you!

Personally I don't have an issue with the food other than the fact the pepperoni was under the cheese and kinda threw us off. Also the cinna stix barely had cinnamon. The parking situation was extremely confusing for first timers. Pulled in where we saw other cars parked and the delivery driver left their truck unattended and blocked us from parking. Had to find other way around to try and park there. Very dull lines outside suggested parking in the front, but we only saw it AFTER leaving as they are barely noticeable (around 9:20 pm). Ordered via phone (online ordering was preferred however it was closed), lady who answered was hard to understand. Arrived and we greeted the staff and they stared and ignored us. Only was acknowledged when they were done with their task. They quickly handed us our food and shooed us out. Normally I go to one of the telegraph locations, however they were closed early due to it being labor day. Note to self: Never come back. Poor staff service, not great quality for food considering we paid over $20 for pizza and cinna stix. Overall, dont waste your time here. Go to Telegraph.

Great pizza bread sticks where super fluffy and soft the ranch was delicious pricing was very fair staff was friendly and very helpful
10 out 10 times , chewy like rubber! Dough taste bad. But if I get the same pizza in Dundee Tiffany pizza it taste amazing! Even down town Monroe’s is good. But 98% of the time Carletons is terrible!

Ordered 3 Grinders...paid to add sausage ,found 5 drops of the sausage inside wrapper outside my sub! Way disappointed. $40+ spent n very disappointed this time around. May, May not give another try ...debatable

Tried this place for the first time and the food was fantastic! My order was correct and the staff was super helpful and pleasant. I got the gluten free pepperoni for me and my husband got a regular pepperoni. He said his was amazing and mine was so so delicious! The order was ready ahead of schedule too!

I was excited to see the flyer with pretzel crust pizza. So I ordered a pizza. First time trying this place. No salt on the crust and too much cheese. The flyer shows a good balance of pepperoni and cheese. I call (usually not a complainer) and tell the manager the situation. They bring another one, it looks just as bad or worse than the first. I did find it odd they wanted it back, makes me wonder if they would sell it to someone else after it's been in another customers possession.
