It was a good place to work but I quit cuz the one manager had a bad attitude with employees plus very rude on the other hand Brooke was a nice Manager

The food was very good.We went to the Caro Big Boy.The waitress was not good at all....I normally leave tip but not today.Not once did she come back to us...only to give me my butter for pancakes...ten minutes after I ask for it.And they were not even busy.

Crusty food on the plates and saw waitress come from the restroom and saw manager carry dirty trash from customer bathrooms and turned around and serve other guest with out washing hands. Heard mangers yell at the servers in earshot of the customers. My family highly recommends any other restaurants in cato

Very rude manager. Service dog person. She called me out three days in a row. Finally educated her about the laws. I told her politely that I was not leaving , to do what she needed to do. She called the State boys. They informed her I was correct and by law was allowed. She was compliant till they left and then continued to harass me.

I ordered two bowls of soup. I was going to eat one there and one to go. The waitress bright me a cup of soup instead of a bowl. I told her about the mistake. The waitress brought me out the bowl of soup about two thirds full. The to go bowl was the same way. The chicken tortilla soup is awful. It is mainly liquid.

The place was large, open, lots of seating with windows everywhere.The waitstaff was very nice and attentive.The food was great! Had the mushroom swiss burger with carmelized onions and fries , side salad and coconut cream pie for dessert.The salad was delicious with cucumbers, tomatoes. It comes with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and cheese. The Italian dressing wasn't very good though.The burger was made perfectly and tasted fantastically! I would absolutely recommend this juicy burger.The coconut cream dessert was fantastic with a light, flaky crust and creamy pudding and crunchy coconut texture.

Took almost a 1/2 hour to get a slim jim w/ onion rings. Looked like all of the staff were like fish out of water. They were nice, but the only thing they have going for them. Not a store I would revisit. I waited tables and cooked in a Big Boy for a couple years. It was never that bad on our worst days.

If I could give a negative star I would...The food was subpar, like should've gone to burger king.. AND the wait staff was incredibly rude, to the point where we overheard one waitress bashing an autisic kid with some other staff member. Not cool guys.. got compassion.. think not. I will not be returning.

Had a waitress that didn't know the menu and kept taking it out of my hand and I had to repeat everthing I said. When we got our silverware the napkins were soaked in coffee. My sausage links were not cooked all the way. I just couldn't wait to leave. If you are in caro and want breakfast I recommend The Oasis
This place is struggling with post-pandemic operations. The waitress was definently one of the worst I've ever had. She had a whole conversation with a gentleman at the booth next to us about how "he could get dessert if he wanted too even tho he was bigger and she was able to say that cause her boyfriend is bigger too". When she finally brought our silverware, she dropped it on the table and most of it got unwrapped, she the proceeded to wrap it up again in front of us and distribute it. Most of the food was fine, one dish was cold. You could tell the manager was frustrated with some of the wait staff, the manager was helping alot with the waiting and serving... I'm sure most/all of the waitresses were very new, I realize it's hard to find people that want to work anymore, so it's in no way the managers fault... The manager did not charge us for the cold meal...I wish I could put in this review how to fix the problem here, but when nobody wants to work anymore and people don't come to interviews, I don't know what to do.Best of luck to this big boy, I'm hopefull things look better in the future, best of luck to this manager.Also, I miss the buffets... I realize that they are gone from all big boys now, and that sucks.

Wait staff seemed distracted with duties in BOH but was friendly. I would've tipped more but didn't get syrup with my pancakes and didn't get a refill until we were done eating. I hate to bug servers so its partly my fault but still a bummer. Food was good and they were friendly so its still 5 stars

Just spent $55 for an incredibly underwhelming meal. The$11 "loaded Mac n cheese" was cold, basically it's nasty Mac n cheese with a sprinkle of bacon. My daughters french toast and bacon was raw. (She wanted sausage) The only thing we ordered that wasn't cold was the fries :( the waitress brought 2 cookies for the kids, I said they could split one for now and she put the other one back in her apron.... they come with the meal. They could have taken it home with them. Just an unpleasant and expensive experience :( we won't be back...

My family and i just had mothers day lunch here. $60 worth of food and everything was so gross that nobody ate. My eggs were raw and my food was cold. Both my daughters spaghetti was so dry they couldnt even eat it. When the waitress asked how everything was and i told her it was disgusting not even edible she laughed said sorry and went and took someone elses order. Were a large family we dont get to eat out often 60 is alot for a meal. Over all we are all very very disappointed.
