Arrived, placed our order, soup came out timely and was very good. Then it started getting busy and our waitress never once checked on us as multiple tables that came in after got their food. Finally flagged her down and she said the were waiting on my sampler platter that the burger was done. By the way, people that had ordered the sampler platter got theirs in the meantime while we were waiting. By the time she finally brought our food out, we asked her to box it up so we could take it with us. My husband's burger was cold and the toppings had all slid off to the side and while the sampler platter was hot there was no sauce on the boneless wings. She blamed everything on the kitchen. Did not offer to do anything to make it right. Very disappointing experience all around. I may try this place again in the future as I suspect a different waitress would have made that the difference all the way around.

Gave up on this place even though food is good. Service really sucks. We were there for dinner tonight, there were 8 waitresses sitting talking to manager while we sat waiting for another drink after we got our food. Waited but never came back.

Went to the bar to sit. Server ignored us. Went and sat at a table across from bar. Sat for 10 min finally got a menu, sat another 10min and left.

most of their product is done decent. took a group out for xmas on me. 2 apps, drinks and meals for the group. ordered wings didnt provide pricing which if they were cooked wouldn't have been an issues. chicken is rubber skin not even crisp and 38$ for 24 snotty wings. please inspect what you expect people come spending their hard earned money and i would not feed this to my dam animals

First time there. Nice place, friendly staff and good food. Especially enjoyed the potato chips.
Disappointed in their billing process. Paid by credit card and just today discovered they added a surcharge to the credit card receipt which was not on the original bill. Assuming this is additional charge for using the credit card but never saw anything posted, not identified on the original bill and the waitress never mentioned it.
So minus a few points for hidden surcharges.

Stopped in about a month ago, had ordered the onion rings. They were great. Stopped last night ordered them again. They were not doubled died, but just came out of a bag of frozen rings. The mushrooms were not lightly coated...in fact there was twice as much batter as mushrooms. The cabbage/sausage soup was horrible. Order of wings was good. Probably our last stop there.

Don’t attempt to go here at 9pm on a Wednesday! Hours listed online and the door state open until 10pm. They were closed! Dark and no vehicles in the parking lot.

Food was good and would probably stop in again if passing through. The putt putt golf is challenging but the cup itself has a rim on it that unfortunately is above the green at a few holes.

Prices on menu are not correct. No one said anything to us, but the bill was astronomical compared to what i was expecting. I had the Philly steak sandwich with fries (sub in/up charge for fries because no one includes fries with a meal anymore) Sandwich was supposed to be about 14 according to menu, but came back on tab at about 18. Same with everything else. UPDATE YOUR MENUS/PRICING. If you are.going to charge premium prices for food, please present a superior product. That sandwich and fries was NOT and $18 dollar meal. Fries were excellent. I could have made a better Philly steak from a Walmart food kit. ? Arcade was cool at first glance, but all the crane machines have is balls, which is 100000% lame. Try some variety/stuffed animals/other toys, eh!? Old school arcade game in back by pool tables is not working correctly. Would not let us choose game we wanted and controls were not responding. Place has great potential to be an awesome arcade, but needs some work. Saving grace was Erica, who was our server. She was very attentive, friendly and helpful. She helped us move our table into the arcade area when we saw that was an option, and stayed on top of everything we could have wanted or needed the whole time we were there. Keep her happy! She's awesome!
