Was doing doordash for 2 orders. They refused to give the second order meaning they refused to give us the customers order making it outrageous when people literally are waiting for their food. This place was the worst on how it worked.

Well to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I ordered online for our pizza and sub to be picked up at 7:10 this evening. Showed up a couple minutes early to pay for our meal, and the lady working said they were having trouble with online orders and they offered to comp our meal for the inconvenience. They said would be another 15 minutes. We went and got a beverage nearby to pass the time, came back to an empty locked store 2 hours before closing time. There were many people in the parking lot waiting to pick their food up that already paid for their food as well. It’s like they just up and left. We tried calling and knocking on the door and nobody answered. Drove 40 minutes round trip for nothing with no explanation.

I had a pretty big order, the crew made sure everything was fresh i had all the condiments i needed. And everything tasted amazing. Great service even better pizza

Edit: I was going to mention but didn’t changed my mind because it was just too weird. Ordered delivery and I guess it’s ok to be rude to customers since they aren’t on company cameras. But just a friendly tip. If the customer makes a joke even if it’s not funny or if it’s lame don’t be rude and say “ok?…” and walk off… Probably a third party delivery driver but pizza was still yummy. lol
