order through the app, order EXACTLY what you want, just to be given someone else's food. OR that order is messed up with tomatoes added when we asked they be removed or vice versa with the pickles. and their ONLY solution. turn around and drive another 15 minutes BACK to them. thanks but I'll just go to the one closer to my house don't care yall are on my way. new manager needs to get her team on the same page this shouldn't have become a weekly thing like it is. and their stupid...read full review
Went to the drive thru at 10:00 a.m this morning (8/27/24) to order my mocha frappe.. Only to be told, we’re sorry, we can’t make frappes as the machine is still on breakfast 🤔🤔 It’s cool! And I will keep my business going to the Sebewaing location as they serve frappes all day
Friendly staff but the wait is super excessive. 22 minutes in drive thru yesterday for a 10 piece nugget. 15 minutes in drive thru today for one small coffee. Please address this.
