i cook regularly so when i pay for out to eat i want consistency and the food cooked. spent $50. half the order was cooked. pan pizza and cheese bread sticks raw. $45to 50 order cant monitor quality how on a slow Wednesday night. sad. quality control lacking

Got Pizza delivered the other day and after I ate it, I was throwing up all night. I’d never experienced anything like it before. Normally don’t have problems like that here, but I called my dad and asked if he’d been sick recently because we spent time together some days prior, and he said he also got it delivered a few days ago and threw up pretty bad after eating it. I was absolutely shocked. Please keep the ingredients fresh as this is very dangerous. I really hope no one else had to go through what I did. I really don’t like having to post something like this because I love the restaurant, but two people experiencing this right after eating your Pizza is a pretty big red flag, so I’m posting this to make y’all aware.

I havent been to a Pizza Hut in what seems like forever, because there are none in my area. I am new to this area and thought I would try them. Wow Pizza Hut must be very proud of their pizza so much they charge a fortune for it. I instead had a sandwich and fries. It was good but not as pricey.

They forgot to give us a large portion of wings we ordered. Made it all of the way home. Had a 70$ order to Feed people for my family Christmas. Called and They said they could only give us store credit and would not refund. This wouldn’t work in our situation since I had people to feed now and rarely treat ourselves to eating out. Had to drive all of the way back for the food. By the time we could all eat together everything was cold and disappointing.
What a surprise! I'm from Bay City and was in Caro for the day, I stopped here for lunch. I haven't had Pizza Hut in years, and I didn't know they were still dine in pizza huts around. The waitress seemed nice, ordered a medium pan. Pizza came out hot and fresh. Ate a few slices and took the rest home for later on. The restaurant looked very clean, and has that classic pizza hut vibe to it. I will definitely be back when I'm in caro again.

Great food and no long waits, I bought 3 pizzas for game day and they all were perfect!
Hadn't seen a pizza hut since I was a kid in New England and wanted to try it again.
It was OK. Good pizza through the spicy mariana sauce wasn't that spicy. it just tasted more like someone added a little extra black pepper to it.
I'm glad we were offered so many crushed red pepper packets that did make the pizza better.
I would get pizza here again if need be but not going out of my way for it.

Ordered 2 pizzas, were good. Ordered also a type of sub sandwich, wasn't good at all. Lunch meat on it tasted and looked old and couldn't eat it. Service was excellent though!
