The chicken fried steak and eggs were great. The eggs were cooked perfect and the waitress staff was awesome. If I can change one thing from that experience would be the cleanliness of the menus. The one that I got looked like a kid sneezed on it and when I asked the super nice waitress if they ever wash them off she smiled and said no. I see that the owner reads and responds which means they care. Again....great food and employees. See you again .

One of the most heartwarming aspects of Starbright is their "Meals on the Wall" board, where patrons can take a meal off the wall if they’re having a tough time financially. This generous gesture truly reflects the community spirit of the place. Don’t miss out on their soups either—they’re as comforting as if your grandma made them herself. :)
Vegetarian options: They had a really good vegetarian veggie soup.
Dietary restrictions: They don’t have gluten-free buns, which is a bummer if you want one of their amazing burgers. But they have lots of gluten-free options. They aren’t marked celiac safe or anything just your gluten intolerant and picking things from the menu.
Kid-friendliness: They were very kid friendly. They have a nice children’s menu with lots of options-fish, spaghetti, burger, chicken nuggets, hotdog, breakfast, grilled cheese etc. And they were accommodating to my picky eaters. One of my kids got the spaghetti and garlic bread, which they loved. And my other child got chips and cheese with meat on the side and salsa on the side. Which they also loved. And drinks are included in the children’s menu.

I had the the Denver omelet: very tasty and eggs were cooked just right and fresh. Waitresses are sweet, nice and friendly. Prices are moderate. When I'm near Caro, MI I make sure I stop at the Starlight for breakfast.

Real down home comfort food. My wife and I both had the Roast Turkey Dinner. Mashed and gravy. Scuffing. Cranberry Sauce and Desert. I was Stuffed. Highly recommend it you won't be disappointed
