Ordered online, picked up my order, got all the way home and realized something was missing. I added smashed avocado (a $2.50 extra charge) on my sub and never received it on my sub. I guess next time I will have to open all my subs at the store to make sure they were made correctly. Get it together subway.

Me footlong nachos are a joke. Add on TV says topped with all your favorites. Only allowed to get onions tomatoes, and Jalapeno peppers. Can't even substitute banana peppers. And there were three small spices of tomato cut up. No other toppings. Just the cheese and sauce

Why are you out of veggies around 9pm all the time? You don’t close til 10, when I go at 8:30-9 Chris is usually cleaning and tells me there’s no lettuce. If this was just once I’d let it go for sure but this is the 4th time in two months

Gone Way down hill , meat has changed to even lower grade meat and they changed it up so you can't even see them putting the low grade meat on anymore , the male that works at the State St shop has a very bad attitude and rude to customers , doesn't need to be even working here , you can tell he Definitely doesn't like his job , won't go to this store again
8/30/24 at almost closing. The WORST i have ever been treated in a Subway no contest. Was literally yelled at the entire time, and the sandwiches look like they went through a tornado. Asked for my receipt and he threw it away and walked into the back room. I'm very tempted to contact corporate for a refund or gift card, this was so far beyond bad I'm speechless.

Some cross eyed guy just tried putting body fluids on my churro. When I called him out for wiping sweat on his hands he said "I would have changed my gloves!" It's the customers responsibility to keep this fool's body sweat off your food.

Props to the girl working alone and the subs were good. Being so busy, the girl did great for working alone. There were 5 online orders prior to ours. We ordered at 7:40 and our order was supose to be ready at 8:03. 8:37 it was ready. Just shy of 1 hour. To the manager...shame on you for this situation. I have never been in a subway where there was one person working. It's not only unsafe, it's hard on the worker, they get crap from customers AND it's very inconvenient for the customers. You might be in it for the money but, you have to give it to get it.
