Poor service sat in drive through got handed our drinks and one box of food and asked if we had more yea then asked us what other food it was while it sat on counter getting cold we will never come to this taco bell again

We drove two hours to visit a loved one at a Caro hospital and got to the Taco Bell and asked for breakfast at 11:01 and they were rude saying you should have got here two minutes earlier with an attitude
Never again. We told the employees at the McDonald's across the street as they fed us breakfast after 11am.

Ordered online and waited an hour and 36 min I kid u not. Drive through was moving but inside was not 7 ppl in waiting orders. The lady in charge said she wasn't a manager, then she let's a customer in the back to make her own food before everyone else. Lady had no hair net with very long hair. Lady in charge said go ahead the rest can wait. We asked for our food she says yes I'm making it then 30 min later it's still not here so of course I almost lose my cool and ask for my money back or I will call the cops. Lady in charge says go for it I'm not the manager I don't care. Then calls the manager on her personal pho.e and the lady says I have to call 1800 taco bell for my refund. I asked if I can just have my order and the lady in charge says ya I get it made 15 more fn min the food comes out soggy and the hard shells were all in peaces. This place is a joke and VERY poorly managed!! Do not go here travel somewhere else by all means necessary!!!

I got my stuff and was putting my straw in my drink, putting my money away and checking for sauce. There was no one behind me and they went crazy cause they are on a timer and I needed to gtfo or the drive thru would explode or something equally terrible would happen.

I took my step sister and her friend, who are both 11 years old, here to get some food. We went in and ordered from the kiosks. Her friend ordered separately from us on the other kiosk. She ordered a quesadilla and when it gives you the option to remove things or add toppings, she thought that the shredded cheese was added on top of the quesadilla and not just inside and she didn’t want that so she took it off. Then the lady behind the counter asked her, the clarify, if she didn’t want any cheese on it and just the jalapeño sauce, so again she said yea she didn’t want any shredded cheese on top, so then I asked her and told her that they’re saying you just want the sauce inside, and not the cheese, so she said she wanted the cheese because she was confused. So I told the lady that she does want the cheese and that she was just confused. The boss, which I can’t remember her name, I think it starts with a D, rudely interrupts and proceeds to say that they can’t add the cheese because that’s not what the ticket says and they can’t change it. Why not? They asked this before it was even made so they very easily could have sprinkled on some cheese. There’s no price difference if she had the cheese or not and she’s an 11 year old girl who was just confused. They gave her the quesadilla without the cheese and just the sauce, so I ordered her a normal one. I understand that it’s her fault that she took off the cheese but she is young, the boss did not have to take it in the direction that she did, and why would they even ask if they weren’t going to add the cheese anyway. Just wasn’t the response we were expecting. A few other employees apologized about her so I’d assume stuff like this happens a lot.

It always amazes me how this specific Taco Bell always seems to mess up whatever order we give them. I ordered the new chicken cantina quesadilla meal. They gave me a chicken burrito. When they handed me the drinks there was no ice in the drinks. The cheese for the nacho fries was upside down and wasn’t even half full. Not to mention the amount of time it takes them to even take an order when there’s only one car ahead. Something needs to change there.
