I made an online order and completed without anything stating restaurant was closed. After I arrived there was a sign on the speaker stating closed until further notice. And employee came across the speaker saying they were closed for about another 30 minutes while she was slurring her words as of she was under the influence of a substance. I have been coming here for years and their food has always been sub lar but this was the straw that broke the camels back!

Wow the Caro store has gone downhill. We pay $34.00 for a meal and there is no meat or vegetables in the chulupa. No wonder I stopped going there. Penny pinching by cutting ingredients back and still charging us an arm and a leg. Not worth it anymore.

We ordered food and it took 2 hours to get our food. It came made incorrectly and cold. We ordered a slushy, and it was melted. This is the absolute worst. And most disgusting Taco Bell around, we called several times and they will not answer the phone. They will never receive any of our business. Again

Worst fast food experience ever. Over an hour waiting for an online order and then it was wrong. The food we got was a disgusting mess and half falling out of all the wrappers. Everybody else's orders were getting screwed up while we were waiting and the music was inappropriate, with swearing. Not a good family environment, that's for sure. Will definitely NOT be going back to this location.

Waited over 30 minutes in line and didn't place a order. Line moving approximately 10 minutes per vehicle. Not sure what the employees were doing out at the dumpster the whole time I sat in the line but they defiantly wasn't helping. Next time I'll go to Cass City. WHAT A WAIST OF MY TIME
