We were driving around and stopping at a gas station and asked for the good place to eat. They told us there's a dive bar up the road. Very glad we went. The service was ok food was really good. We would definitely recommend this place when passing through the area. I read some reviews and realized they had good pizza so I tried it and it was excellent. Others had mushroom Swiss burger and fries, and ribs (falling off the bone) everything was great. Thank you
The fresh perch dinner was great with French onion soup and my toddler enjoyed the Mac and cheese bites.

Poor service, the whole ordeal took an hour and 50 minutes. Other families came and went while we sat there. I almost walked out. Steak was poor. Advertised as filet mignon, pretty sure it was sirloin and not a very good one. Over cooked too, not medium like I ordered. Will never go back.

If zero stars was a option I would. We had 2 beers which were not even close to cold. The half order of perch was well over cooked and dripping in oil. The butterfly shrimp was also cooked to the point it had zero flavor left. The appetizer was the pretzel knot with beer cheese which were absolutely disgusting. Waited around for 30 minutes before getting our drinks with the waitress sitting around. 10 tables that weren’t picked up or cleaned when we arrived and still weren’t cleaned off when we left. Waited 20 mins after asking for bill finally went to the front door and was asked exactly what we had and payed there. $60 also for food that was worse than McDonald’s. Steer clear.
We were hungry but even if we were not hungry, we would still stop by.

Start off by saying.... NORMALLY food and service is great... This used to be one of our favorite go to spots when in town from GA, but we went this time and ordered the Walleye as normal and most of our Walleye out of 6 or 7 meals came out dry and overcooked and then the baked potatoes were cooked too quick or something because they were hard to smash up. Also took probably 40-45 minutes to get our food.

The absolute worst service. My family and I first came here for lunch. During a 20 minute period, we received no drinks even though we were told several times that the waitress was in the process of getting them for us (even though she continued to do other tasks for other customers). We decided to leave. We then came back for dinner to give this place a second chance. There was a different waitress. She turned to look us are we came through the door, and literally rolled her eyes and mouthed “oh my god” before turning around and walking away. Absolutely rude, whoever the waitress was on 06/18/2024. I have never had a waitress give blatant attitude literally as soon as you walk through the door. We are definitely not returning or recommending this place. I wish I could give 0 stars.
