Cute place, came highly recommended, wasn't impressed, price high for the quality, home made cinnamon and caramel rolls were awesome but everything else fell short -

Great food, friendly staff, love this place. Only thing that would make it better is if they were open all the time!

So the start out, the restaurant is pretty easy to find. It's located right on the corner of Bay City Forestville rd and M53 no obstructions in its way. You can't miss it. There was ample parking, it was clear of any debris and it had a ramp to get inside, making it easier for those with limited mobility. As soon as I walked in this place was PACKED but the staff was quick to greet me with a smile and warm hello! It was my first time here but it felt familiar. Like dining out but it feels like you're home. Although they were packed there was still room to sit and not feel crowded. Everyone there was smiling, laughing and having a great time. It really felt like I was catapulted back into a time where conversations happened across the table and not through a screen. The vibe was very cozy. The food! OMG the food!! You ever eat something so good that you really sit and debate if you wanna finish the plate and waddle to the car or tap out and look forward to the next time you pay a visit!? That's the food they had! The veggies tasted as if they were plucked from behind the restaurant they were so fresh! The roast beef was AMAZING! I really sat there contemplating rolling up the rest of it in my napkin and tucking it in my purse to take home for later! ? The garlic mashed potatoes and gravy was packed with so much flavor my tastebuds were delighted! I put some of the roast beef in my bread roll and drizzled gravy on it! CHEFS KISS ?‍? The shrimp and fish were also cooked to perfection! The entire meal was a SMASH! The waitress made sure my glass was never empty, checked in a few times to make sure everything was good and if I needed anything. They all did such a wonderful job! The restaurant was clean, plenty of room to navigate your way around and easy access to the buffet! And for as much as I ate if say the price is more than fair! I will be definitely be coming back and bringing family and friends with me! This is home cooking away from home. ❤️Parking: Ample parking space.Kid-friendliness: Kids will definitely love some of the menu items and there's dessert!!Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp in front to allow easier entrance for those with limited mobility and mobile assistance.

A couple of stairs to get up for those with mobility issues, but manageable. Staff was very friendly and we shared prayer before dinner. The food is delicious and homemade not the delivery food trucks. Our family of 3 give them a solid10+
