No gluten free options. The pop is often flat. Drive thru is always busy and slow moving. If you go in there is no counter staff and it's hard to flag someone down. This is for the Caro location.

I went through the drive-through to get my daughter a cup of ice because it was a very hot day. They wouldn’t even give us a small cup of ice without making us pay for something off the menu. Normally I wouldn’t get too offended about that, but this is a McDonald’s. It’s not as if they’re going to do a amount of money for that. So we had to leave and went somewhere else.

Everytime i come, its always the same thing. I ordered my two cheeseburgers and emphasize the extra pickle. I never get extra pickle, ever. If I'm lucky I get 2 pickles.
Excellent food as always and friendly helpful hostesses! Enjoying a Fish Fillet Sandwich and a Dr. Pepper! YUM!

2 times in one week I pull up to their screen to order and someone else pulls up to the next screen and they tell me to wait and take the other persons order. My order is literally a sausage McMuffin the easiest 30 sec interaction. Don’t pull into the the drive through lane closest to the building if you want to have to sit and wait.

I didn't get anything to eat I just stopped to use the restroom. Restroom was really clean and there were no cars backed up so they must be pretty quick.

Normally, I don't leave negative comments.As a business owner,I know the struggles of finding good help. That being said, the staff was very polite, but whatever is going on in that kitchen is detrimental to a business. The only McDonald's that you are most certainly going to pull ahead and wait a very, very, very long time only to get 1 of 2 things either wrong food or terribly prepared. It's worth the drive to another location.
