I always come through the drive thru and order two things. The customer service is so rude and snotty. They make it seem like it’s such an inconvenience coming to there store. Highly don’t recommend coming to this Arby’s unless you are ready to get treated rudely for no reason.

Always friendly staff at the drive thru and the order has always been correct. Good food. Quick service.
Convenient right off the highway. And an easy walk across the parking lot from the gas station.
I appreciate the alternative to a fast food burger. I haven't seen coupons to my post box in quite awhile. Wish I could find coupons again. I will be back.

04/06 /25 around 4 been coming here for ten years .After ten years the food is still burnt n cold. Ordered some food .Most awful food ever served as they have been for the last ten years .The French fries were way ,way outdated extremely cold n dark dark brown.Burnt really bad!!! And the lady working that day didn't care. My chicken sandwich was burnt n cold .So I went back up to bring my stuff back n she ignored me at the counter.What a horrible place of service.The store manager doesn't NOT care about anyone or anything.I believe she knew I was at the counter n she ignored me .You want really great service n great food go to the Portland location.Way ,way better service n way better food .These people are horrible!!!! I'm contacting the BBB n I'm gonna let them know this location is horrible managed!!! 😕

Never really had any issues until tonight. Ordered 2 meals a bacon double meal and a chicken sandwich meal via the mobile app. When we arrived they were definitely short staffed which is fine, I understand that was outside of their control. The girl at the window was kind enough given the situation. However, after I got home and started to eat my meal I noticed the burgers were EXTREMELY pink. Some time after I began feeling extremely ill after being healthy prior to the meal. Definitely an extremely unfortunate disappointment where I ended up directly harmed.
Over $5.00 for a regular roast beef sandwich, no more Arby's for me. If the sandwich was bigger, maybe, but the size and portion of roast beef is a joke.
