Took forever standing there waiting to be seated, even acknowledged, then waited at least another 10 minutes before anyone came to take the order.
Kudos to the kitchen, they had food up fast, however, service to customers could not have been slower or worse. Got the food before the drinks.
Awful service, period.

Everyone at Big Boy cares about my dining experience. Although, there has been some misses along the way, I go out to eat often and have experienced the same. No restaurant is perfect. The Saturday and Sunday buffet is run well with fresh food. The servers are always smiling and pleasant. Not fancy but good food.

We left after waiting 10 minutes AFTER being seated. People that came in after us were addressed before us. We just left after 10 minutes. We wasted 15 minutes because it took them over 5 minutes to seat 💺 us

We remember the great Big Boy restaurants from the past, and hoped this one would live up to our memories. No such luck--the French Fries were limp and without a lick of salt. Aren't patty melts supposed to have melted cheese on them? Ours had a piece of cold cheese thrown in--very unappetizing. My Big Boy was good, but be prepared--the added (and very small) cup of soup I ordered cost five dollars. I should have asked beforehand because that price was no where to be found in the menu. We were astounded that the above meal (including two glasses of water) came to over $30. Everything's expensive nowadays, but the lousy french fries, un-melted patty melt and expensive cup of soup made this visit a regrettable one.

Cedar Springs has lousy service and food, I've tried it several times, ill not be going back amy time soon.
Since most of the Big Boy's in our area have closed, it's nice to still have this one.

It appears to be closed!! Only two cars in the lot and one seemed to be broken down. Did not even get out of car and left for another place for lunch!

Greasy floors. Saw the waitress to take my order and drop the food. 10% was because I was feeling very generous. Buffet bare. Was far from worth the $40 I paid for two people. If no stars was an option that what I would
Give them.

Senior value breakfast on the back page of the menu, at these low prices a retiree can afford to go to breakfast a few times a week.
