Our server Bri was awesome all around polite and helpful 10/10 for that. The main food was also 10/10 I had the bobs bacon burger and added mushroom, my mom had the meat lovers omelette with biscuits, and my fiance had the Phillysteak. We also had the mozzarella sticks but we all agree they barely had flavor and the marinara wasn’t my favorite but 10/10 for crunch and cheese pull lol.

Mel is the best fish cooker there. Had a problem the fish the first time and Mel was so great and redid the fish to perfection

Kaine is the greatest server, truly a talent of the industry. He was always making sure I was having a good time and made great conversation. I’ve never had such gratitude for a service and I will certainly return.

I had Kaine as a server, and he simply blew me out of the water with how caring and attentive he was to my every need. I have never before and will never again have a more exemplary server to attend to me. Milk shake could've been more chocolatey, though.

We had a larger group of about 18 that we scheduled with the Catering Team in advance. They were top notch in their service for us and really worked closing with me in ordering in advance. Very reasonable services too. We all thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The staff were wonderful to work with. We hope to use them again in the future. Thanks again to Melanie and Brittney and all of the staff.

We stop at this Big Boy in Cedar Springs every time we head up north. It is so refreshing to see young employees hustle, working hard and with a very pleasant attitude. It truly gives me hope for our future! Food was very good and staff seems like they actually like their job. It was so nice to experience!
