Only 1 person in line in front of us and we still waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. The girl they have running the drivethru needs a day or a nap. She has a serious attitude problem and shouldn't be the face people see.

I waited about 15 minutes with no acknowledgment of me or the people that were first, only to be told that food orders would have a “very long wait.” I opted for lattes only instead, but after another 5–7 minutes, staff asked what I had ordered. They then noticed my drink order had been sitting off to the side untouched: “oh, here it is… I’ll get it now.”
The coffee was decent, but ironically, those who ordered food after me seemed to receive their meals faster than I got my drinks.

Biggby generally doesn’t disappoint but the last few trips to this specific Biggby, have not been great. The staff is rude and seems bothered any time you walk in.

We waited 20 minutes for our order while people who came in a while after we did got their order. I watched as they gave my coffee to someone in the drive thru then had to get it back and give that person the correct order. Instead of remaking mine they just put a new lid on it. Obviously I could have spoken up but they were only getting more customers so I just grabbed our order and left. Coffee went in the trash. Not real impressed. Girls were busy but zero communication between each other to make it easier on themselves. Waste of $20!
The workers are always nice and do a good job! My drinks and food are always made well here. However, this location has always had terribly slow service for some reason; it’s been this way for years. Even if there’s only 1-2 cars ahead of you, be prepared to wait for at least 15 mins just to get to the window. I’m not sure what causes the service to be so slow. I would not stop here if you’re planning on fast service.

Ordered in the drive thru with two cars ahead of us. Once we got to the window everyone vanished. We waited over ten minutes without so much as a Curtosey “we’re restocking” or brewing. Nobody was visible at any point in those ten minutes moving inside there in any capacity. We gave up on our coffee.
Guess no one’s working an hour after open? Lights are on and open signs on. Unresponsive drive thru.
Onna who works mornings is the best!!! I love her!!! I don't even need to say what I want to order. She remembers ❤️❤️❤️
Great service , btw the closing time is 8pm but Google lists it as 7pm.
Great Prices for Drink sizes and amazing customer service 👌.

I went to this location today and got a 20 oz frozen white lavender matcha and a 20 oz cold brew w sweet foam. The young lady taking my order knew my name and the drinks were perfect!
Absolutely recommend, the staff is always so friendly, helpful, full of smiles, and work as quickly and efficiently as possible!
Very, Very slow drive through. It’s at least 15 minute wait. You cannot come here if you are in a hurry
LONG wait times and incorrect orders. Go to the Rockford Biggby shops for faster service and CORRECT orders.

I ordered a cappuccino and when I received my drink it was only half full, was terribly burnt, and had coffee grounds in it. I opted to walk-in when I got my coffee, and saw that the wallpaper in the lobby was peeling and there was visible mold on the ceiling vents. I don't know how they pass inspection, to be honest
