Ordered pizza and cheesy bread sticks at the Cedar Springs Michigan store at dinnertime. When picking it up, was told it would be a few minutes longer. After waiting 10 minutes, discovered the order was sitting in the warmer all that time. The worker just threw it on the counter and discovered the pizza broke apart and the toppings were spilled all over the box. The box of triple cheese bread sticks were very dry and looked like there were not as many in the box. This is not the first this has happened. We usually like Jetts Pizza but this has been very disappointing.

I ordered a deluxe pizza last night. The pizza had sausage, onions, green peppers, banana peppers, and very little cheese. I was really disappointed. I don't think I'll order from them again.

Classic JETS best and most expensive pizza but totally worth it! absolutely delicious! calling all VETS: you get a discount.. the way you do it is order your pizza with the app and choose pay at pickup. then when you arrive tell them to add the veterans discount and you will get a lower price!
