This location has always been quick and accurate. The food is good and the price is on point.
Ordered hunters club roast beef. Supposed to have double meat and double cheese had 2 slices of roast beef and one one layer of cheese for a $18 sub
You're supposed to be super fast not a super ass twice in one day I was almost hit by your drivers because someone in front of me just wasn't going fast enough I'm sorry I can't help that if I could go faster I would do it just for you guys but because I have people in front of me too we all just need a little patience only experience this with the cedar springs Jimmy John's just saying

Tell me why I get a 1/8 half sandwich whenever I get it in sliced wheat. Sloppy work, they just don’t care.
I worked there for 2 1/2 weeks and then they fired me and gave me no training they had brown water running through there pipes and still served people fountain drinks, and got a 55 on the heath inspection. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
Ordered two veggies with customizations (pickles and peppers)even confirmed them after payment and then get two plain veggie sandwiches no customizations. Didn’t figure it out till we got in the car and drove off but pretty bummed.

I order from Jimmy John’s all the time. This time we decided to use the delivery option. We clicked it n the location button to add our address and it went to the order page. I place a very large order totaling $79.11 They charged my card and everything was fine. Then I received a phone call telling me they can’t deliver to my address. I went to see if someone could pick it up. When I got back on the phone the girl must have put me on hold. I waited when she came back to the call I said someone would be up there to pick it up and asked what the total would be minus the tip and delivery fee… she told me she would have to ring it up again. I questioned if I was going to be charged twice and she said yes that the original $79.11 would be on hold for 3days. That means my acct was going to be charges $140 for Jimmy John’s?!?! Needless to say I was upset. I asked to talk to the manager she said she was. She then told me if I would’ve entered my address correctly this wouldn’t have happened!!!! It was their app location service that entered my address!! I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Now I have a hungry family and $80 tied up in their system and nothing to eat! She had a horrible attitude definitely not management material!

Cannot follow simple instructions. Why is there lettuce, tomatoes, and vinegar on my sandwich when I specifically asked it to be excluded? $20 down the drain due to you being incompetent.
