I ordered the 5 piece chicken strip box meal. My question was does it come with fries? The lady said yes you get two sides. Reason for asking. Picture with price show drink, strips, fries $ & 2 sides. Didn’t get fries. When asked he said you didn’t order them. OK🙄😳. When left we were given spicy chicken strips, no fries at which I couldn’t eat any of. Bad….::

Orders for pick up are marked as ready and sometimes not yet ready - which can be frustrating but the service is good and the food is consistent

This was the 3rd time we got terrible chicken. The 1st 2 we let slide as it is a 20 mile round trip to take it back but didn't care about the drive this time. Just looking at the chicken you could tell it was severely dried out and barely warm to the touch. We did get replacement and per the manager the solution was to give us a couple extra pcs which were 2 legs. For a 20 mile return drive I told the server I didn't think that was a very good solution, was not happy with it and please convey it to her manager since they wouldn't come out of the office. I opened the bucket and asked her to show the fellow employees what chicken should not be served to a customer. Both the young lady helping me and myself remained calm and casual about this so not to disturb other diners as I knew she was doing the best she could. For the price we pay we expect the hot crispy chicken KFC is known for. Very disappointed in how this was handled.
