I absolutely love A&W & KFC. When my family realized there was one off the highway we were super excited. Until… we had to wait 45 minutes just for our food. Another couple had said they had been the 55 minutes just waiting when we asked where our food was they looked and said “oh we’re not sure where your order is” and then went and made our order. There were over 5 people who had been waiting more than 40 minutes for their food. It was ridiculous. They were not that busy to be that far behind. Not to mention 2-3 cars went thru the drive thru in the hour and 20 minutes that we were there. Definitely should have just went to Wendy’s across the street.

All orders are bagged, doesn't even fell like a dine in establishment. Manager yelling at employees within hearing of patrons, very unprofessional!! Onion rings and fries way over cooked, fries stale

Ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken strip meals, was charged for the 4 piece meals but only received 3 pieces. Last time we ordered online from them, my husbsnd & nephew went to pick it up and had to wait an hour to get our food. People were waking in and getting their orders before we got ours. Tried to tell them, their fryers were down. Won't be doing business there again. Very disappointed

I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:30 pm. This location closes at 11:00 pm. I ordered the K1 combo which is the 2pc chicken with a side, biscuit, and drink. I chose the all white meat, extra crispy. I was told they only have the breast in Original recipe. I stated that I don't mind waiting for the breast in extra crispy. The manager named Renee took over at this point and stated that they will not be making any more chicken tonight. I asked to clarify what time they close and Renee said 11. She then said that all her fryers were down for the night. That if I really wanted the chicken, it would take an hour and a half to get them going. That I would have to wait for an hour and a half. I replied with, isn't that when you close? Then asked if she was the manager, she said yes, and I asked her name. I don't know any businesses that basically stops cooking over an hour and half before they close. Hoping that someone out there can support Renee's claim that it would take an hour and a half to fry up a round of chicken. Hope a real manager sees this and replies!
Zero stars the food is always rotten. Got bad food years ago and got the courage up to stop for ice cream and got bad ice cream recommend not going here ever.
