Told me it would take 30 minutes to get ahold of the district manager to get “the okay” to open the store after a water leak. It’s 1pm. How does it take 30 minutes to get the okay to open? Kind of ridiculous.

Great deal for buy one get one buckets but when you get chicken that is soaked in grease then the deal isn't so great anymore! Usually pretty good but extra crispy is not supposed to be soggy... Hopefully they do better next time! Visited again recently and the food was much better this time.

The chilli for the chilli fries was burnt. The fries tasted over cooked and like shrimp. The chilli dog had way to much cheese on it. The best thing that i had from this place was the ice in my drink. I'll discontinue to go to this place for the near future. I ordered the double spicy burger and there was only one jalapeño. On top of that the table was very sticky/gross.

The restaurant was dirty all over. We oder dine in and they packed it for takeout. I ordered a coney dog and the packed it on end so everything slid down. There's roughly 10 people here and the worker on break sits at one of the only clean tables. And we had slow service at 6:45pm on a Saturday.

I absolutely love A&W & KFC. When my family realized there was one off the highway we were super excited. Until… we had to wait 45 minutes just for our food. Another couple had said they had been the 55 minutes just waiting when we asked where our food was they looked and said “oh we’re not sure where your order is” and then went and made our order. There were over 5 people who had been waiting more than 40 minutes for their food. It was ridiculous. They were not that busy to be that far behind. Not to mention 2-3 cars went thru the drive thru in the hour and 20 minutes that we were there. Definitely should have just went to Wendy’s across the street.
Not a pleasant visit. Store is loud. Food less than expected. Dine in bagged for take out.. Fry oil beyond fresh..

Ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken strip meals, was charged for the 4 piece meals but only received 3 pieces. Last time we ordered online from them, my husbsnd & nephew went to pick it up and had to wait an hour to get our food. People were waking in and getting their orders before we got ours. Tried to tell them, their fryers were down. Won't be doing business there again. Very disappointed
