The inside is always sticky and dirty. The drink filling area is especially gross. The CHiZZA is disgusting ? Out of all of the fast food options in Cedar Springs, this KFC/A&W is last place.

i don’t use KFC as much i did back in the day because prices are high now.. but it still tastes the same very yummy.. i have to say the App is the way to go.. today i got 8 pc original bucket for $10 which is a deal considering the usual price is $18.99.. but it’s a deal through the app. Also secret recipe fries are really good .. i just got the $20 “taste of KFC” good deal.. 6 pcs, 4 sides and biscuits

Ok KFC Cedar Springs MI....Had a minor family emergency tonight, so on the way home we stopped and got a 20 bucket. I know times are hard, so the serving sides portions have shrunk, but the corn is so dried out, makes me wonder how long it has been out? The biscuits are so rock hard, we couldn't even get a fork in it. Coleslaw was so warm it was not even worth taking a bite. The dark meat was sooo chewy, I wonder if you are changing your menu item to jerky. Wont be back again....The Colonel would be rolling in his grave at what you served tonight.

Bought the A&W Friday $10 pub fish special. It tasted good, but it isn't really two fillets as promised, it is more like two fish nuggets. For the $10 I'll go elsewhere for my fish fix next time. Also it was freshly cooked, but I had to wait 10m in the parking lot, after driving thru, to get it. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

Just entirely rude person on head set when I was attempting to place an order to the point I couldn’t even get my whole order straight and made me feel rushed and like I shouldn’t have even been ordering? The older lady at window was super nice and was doing her best.

I placed an order online and was told it would be ready at 5:15pm. I showed up 3 minutes early and was told I had to wait 20 minutes for fresh extra crispy chicken. The chicken was not extra crispy and food was not hot. It seems like they let my food sit ad get cold instead of making the hole meal fresh. When a particular item has a wait, you make he whole meal fresh especially with a 20minute wait on top of my meal already being placed ahead of time. When I went back to complain ad ask for refund or fresh box, all the manager did was give me a couple pieces of chicken. The chicken I was handed was definitely hot and extra crispy but why was my whole order not this fresh and why was there no care about the disappointing food provided. I will not be back and i will not recommend

The lady that took my order was outstanding. I was there Thursday around 1. Also, the lady working in the lobby clearing tables. Et cetera was very nice helpful and friendly once again a great experience thank you ps love the spicy chicken
Food is good, was hot and quick. Could use some maintenance and cleaning, however it is that time of year in Michigan where the weather can make things a little bit difficult.

I was told the lobby was closed when we walked in at 950pm. Go to the drive-through ,order, pay, and then told they have no biscuits. What a disappointment , probably won't go back , they seem to not care. What food we received was good though.
