Messed up my order and still solid 5 star. Thanks to Joann (I believe is her name) at the front. She really took care of me after realizing my stuff was messed up.
Everyone makes mistakes but it’s how you recover from them that sets you apart!

Dumbest thing ever. They needed a pin before giving me my pizza my wife ordered and paid for. She told them I would be picking it up. They couldn't even get out of their stupid automated pickup cabinet. Won't be back. Customer service is really missing here. The kid behind the counter didn't even try.

I called my order in 50 minutes before I showed up, the manager insisted she had no order for me. She argued with me and accused me of lying. I will never go back there again I was treated like garbage by management!!

Second Time Door Dash stole our food.

I stopped in and waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the front l ended up walking out. I never received any type of greeting or I'll be there In a minute.

Every time I've stopped in there is NEVER any consistency with the food it's either heavily seasoned or no flavor at all

This place is a rip off charge you for sauce and the cup is only filled a quarter of the way last time I'll ever buy there stuff cheaper just to go buy pizza sauce from Meijer just ridiculous

Ordered a half pineapple, half pineapple and ham. They put only ham on one half with no pineapple. One piece was just plain cheese. The pizza was not cut and when i went to pick up a slice it fell into a pile of crumpled pieces.

In the heart of our fair town, upon the noble 17-Mile Road, there lies a humble establishment known as Little Caesar's Pizza. Verily, the staff within are as friendly as a summer's day, greeting each patron with smiles and cheer. Yet, alas, a grievous flaw doth mar their otherwise commendable service.

Forsooth, the pizzas they craft, though made with care, oft emerge from the oven in a state most underdone. Despite my earnest pleas for a well-done pie, the cheese doth remain partially unmelted, and the crust, a pale shadow of its potential glory. Whether the oven's flame be too low, too high, or the timer bewitched, I know not. But the result is ever the same: a pizza that doth require further baking in mine own hearth.

- Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

So, dear townsfolk, if thou art in need of a quick meal and dost not mind a bit of extra baking at home, Little Caesar's awaits thee. But be forewarned, and mayhap bring thy own timer!

Zero stars rude employees order my Pizza by phone went to pick up after 30 minutes of wait pizza is not even baked all the wait and manager Josh has no good customer service every time they have New teen's working and not giving good customer service they want to be sarcastic and rude it's not the place it's the manager how he managed the place and his employees

Good Food** Online Tips are A scam though**Tip in person with Cash if you want the money to go to where it's intended and not a greedy managers pocket.
