Very rude Servers. Young Man literally handed me my bags without a smile or a word. When I did ask if Condiments were in bag he literally rolled his eyes and shut the window . Extremely rude.

Yo, these kids working grill on 2nd shift just can't do it. Too busy yappin' to listen to what they're told, so they just keep messing up. I mean, check this out.. I bring my quarter pounder to them because they forgot the bacon, then they make me a whole new sandwich just to forget something else that was supposed to be on there. Same kids who would always leave me a huge mess when I used to work at that place. I started going out of town for McDonald's because they apparently love messing up orders at this one. It's only 2nd shift too. Not trying to be the guy complaining on the internet about McDonald's, but hey, I guess I'm that guy today. It's just so annoying. When I'm on my way home from work just trying to get a quick meal, I want what I payed for without having to waste a bunch of time that I could be using for things other than waiting for other people to learn how to do their job.
I went late on a Thursday night. All the workers were kind and the food was delicious even though they were very busy! Thank you for the hard work!
Meat on snack wrap was hard as a rock, I couldn't eat it, had to turn around before getting on highway. Workers were not very friendly. I side of the restaurant was not very clean. Two of the order stations were not working, plus the screen where the orders are displayed was not working either.

I'm giving 4 stars because one of the managers, that I have worked with, is fantastic about making an issue right. If your food is incorrect when you receive or the app messes something up, she makes it right.

Got a big breakfast with hotcakes. Got no butter no syrup. Now has 1 PKG of jam for the biscuit. So either swallow them

Got the incorrect change of the drive-thru. That happens no biggie. However it took them 15 minutes to resolve my issue well I miss my lunch and had cold food.
I love there tea. Went through the drive through. The staff had a smile and. Friendly
very 50/50 sometimes great sometimes nightmare

Used to be okay years ago, but has gone downhill as of late. Don't come here in the late afternoon/evening when all the kids are working because the food is by far the worst quality that time of day, I'm talking borderline inedible.
Fries were cold
I am not sure who handed me my smoothie at 1:30am at the Cedar location, but he handled a whole crew then me saying: Good Morning ☺️ and he went from busy/stress to fake smile/stress real fast. I could see he genuinely appreciated the greeting, but was also being rushed. The very quick fake smile yet hidden undertones of appreciation for the greeting made my old lady heart happy that the effort was given and I wasn’t just shoved my food out the window.
This McDonald's has really gone downhill! It takes forever to go through the drive through. It is terrible. Do not go to this restaurant again!
This morning we went and they were out of large coffee cups (fine) but we weren't told until after we paid and weren't offered a refund of the difference in price. We opted for the medium size and when I opened it my cup was slightly over half full. So I basically paid large price for a small latte...and the caramel latte my husband got was terrible 🤦♀️Can't even fill out a survey because the kiosk didn't print out a receipt. Only positives were that the food was hot.
