I have been coming here on and off for years. And lately a lot because of their affordable meal deals. Their weekday lunch crew is very nice and know what they are doing. I think there only has been 1 mistake made and they immediately fixed it. Staff is very nice.

Ordered online for in store pickup, went in when it said my food was ready and it was not on the pickup shelf. Had to wait for the 5 people in front of me to order before I could get help. Told the lady I had a pickup order so she went and put my three sandwiches in a bag and then went to help a customer and the checkout for 4 minutes before handing me my bag. None of the sandwiches were made the way I asked. I used the special instructions to request two of them to be toasted (since there’s nowhere on the app for that) and it was completely ignored. Not to mention my sub was thrown together and the other two were not cut. I’m usually understanding of mistakes but this is not the first time my order has been wrong and the service wasn’t great.

After a long day of watching wrestling with little food, I hit the Subway at J&H Family Store around 6 PM. I grabbed a foot-long meatball sub, customized perfectly. It was so hot it burned my lip, but I devoured it anyway. Best Subway within 10 miles, hands down!

Why in the world would you switch from Coke to Pepsi... Sounds like a stupid decision... Coke is and has been the top ranking cola in the US. I didn't want to have to go somewhere else to get a drink when I buy food.

The girl making our subs today was super friendly and very helpful and fast! Place was clean. Food was fresh.
This subway is ok. My husband's and I stomach felt gross afterward. Not sure if it was a bug or bad something ?. Their floor had a huge pile of dirt and dust just sitting there. Gross. Hopefully next time it's better. Employees are very nice though.
