Needs a bell or something, stood waiting for almost 10 minutes and nobody came to help me. The doorbell went off so it was known i was there

We stopped in a little after 7pm on October 26th. There was 2 employees there, one was a younger gentleman mopping the floor and the other a blonde woman who was slamming things around behind the counter. We go to the counter and the woman doesn't even acknowledge us, the young man hurried to finish his task to go and start our order. During the process of making our subs, the woman kept getting in the young man's way and pushing her way in front of him and even knocked things off of our subs- tossing them back on and kept going. Then we got to the part we add veggies, the woman took over and unevenly slapped on what we wanted then butchered/ shredded the subs when she went to cut them in half- uttering "Whatever." As she did it. The young man was very nice, helpful, and patient with us. But that woman maybe needs some retraining in hospitality and how to treat her coworkers. The food was sloppy looking, but it did taste good at least.

I came in here 2 weeks ago to get a protein bowl and small soda. I paid 12 bucks. I went in today and it's NINETEEN dollars! Greedy franchisee. I will NEVER be back to this subway.

Staff needs retraining on sub making skills and how to toast subs on proper settings. My footlong toasted steak sub shouldn't still be cold.
When it came time to close up my sub using the knife pushed everything out the back side, proceeded to just smash the sub flat as if it'll hold together. Not to mention my sub wasn't even loaded with veggies. Oh boy I'll need some extra napkins for that mess.

This establishment provided the worst sandwiches I've ever had, and the service was the worst I've ever encountered at a Subway. The employee( only one of them)was extremely rude. I returned to the store to inquire about three foot-long sandwiches I had purchased online with my own money. I did not yell, curse, or call anyone names. The employee had the audacity to claim that I was being disrespectful because I entered the store in a hostile manner. Hostile? I was merely inquiring about the meager amount of meat on my sandwich. I was irritated, yes! but hostile? Please consult a dictionary.
The customer service here deserves zero stars. I am also disappointed in the "manager" for failing to conduct himself in a professional manner. He appeared and behaved like one of the rude employees.
His rude employee should be terminated for the following reasons:
1. It is unacceptable to tell a customer to leave if they are perceived to be disrespectful, especially if they are not yelling, cursing, throwing things, or insulting anyone. I simply inquired about the food I had purchased with my own money.
2. It is inappropriate for an employee to address the manager in a casual manner, as if they are friends rather than professional colleagues, and say, "Can you deal with this?" It should have been
"Excuse me, could you please assist this customer? She seems to be quite distressed regarding the quantity of meat in her sandwiches"
Seems like they are the REAL hostile ones.

During my tenure in customer service as a child, we were instilled with the principle that the customer's satisfaction is paramount. However, it appears that the current approach to customer service education has deviated from this fundamental principle.
I will never return to this establishment & No one I am acquainted with will either.

Was not given half our order of dippers. App lists 2 6inch flatbread dippers per item order but was only given 1 per order. This happened for all 5 orders of dippers placed. Was told the store changed to only giving 1 instead of 2 per order even though online and app still list as 2 per order and we wouldn't be refunded or given the rest of what we paid for.

Took 4 teens and an 8 yr old to get lunch. Staff was great. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Parking: Several free parking spots in front of shop

This is the most expensive subway I have ever been to in the state of Michigan! Gal making the subs was nice, but possibly trained to be skimpy with toppings as I had to ask for onions twice just to get the “norm” compared with other subways. $32.20 for one American Club and one flatbread Chicken Bacon sub. Husband asked if the amount was correct and she responded, “…yes and they are going up.” I understand franchises can charge what they want but this is very expensive for the slim sandwiches we received.

Worst Subway experience ever. They were out of so much only got my son his meal nothing they had left is what my husband and I wanted. And kids running the place didn’t know what they were doing. Also can’t do simple cash transactions bill was 12.06 gave him 20.06 handed me back the change said the 20 would cover it my reply is yes but I don’t want .94 just give me my 8.00 he didn’t get it until he figured out how to put the transaction in the register. Never stopping in there again.

Seemed unkempt and needs cleaning. We have been there a few times, each time they were out of an ingredient...how can you he out of salt? The help seemed disinterested.

Walked in at 8:30pm ordered three sandwiches. Sat down to eat with my two kids bout 5mons into eating are food they shut the lights off. When I got up and asked them to turn them back on they young lady rudely told me we shut the lobby at 8:30pm. I asked why they didn’t mention it to us as we walked in or even sat down. Asked for the manager. He wouldn’t come bout if the back to speak with me. When he finally did he told me they closed at 9pm and corporate rules are for the lights to be dimed at 8:45pm and the lobby to be closed at 8:30pm without any notice to the customer. When we left at 845pm another set of customers were headed in and told them they were closed and denied them business even know it was before 9pm.
Wayyy overpriced. Charged us a 1/3 extra of what a sub should cost compared to the MSP shown online/prices of other Subways in the area. Not good service either, they were pretty rude and dismissive. I looked at the subs after, and they cut them like a total wack job, not even or a straight cut, and somehow only the top half??? like its not hard to cut something...
It is way over priced compared to others in the area
