Great home cooked meal. Fresh home made bread and cinnamon rolls. Delicious coffee, bacon, eggs and hash browns. Friendly, prompt service. Several locals dining here. If I lived in this town, I'd eat here every week. Wonderful country atmosphere. Reasonable price with large portions.

Pick up order. Why must someone request SYRUP with their French toast?? If SYRUP is an add-on, that information should be provided to the customer at the time of order. Also, no silverware or napkins provided.

I've always loved this place

We were up from Florida visiting Newaygo.
We stopped in for a quick breakfast.

Loved the service.
There was a guy hustling around this morning cashing people out, seating people, and taking orders.
He was a rockstar.
We did not catch his name.
He had a buzzy pattern shirt on.

Food came out quick. They mentioned it was their easy day, they closed at noon, no lunch available. I would of loved to try the grilled ham and cheese. Maybe next time!

I absolutely love this place. You can't find good food anymore without stretching your wallet out. My first time here was today I had the country skillet. My dad had the same and its good food good service !! Love the mom and pop restaurants

Definitely a small town diner feel. Food was alright. Portions seem a but small but made sense seeing how most of their patrons are probably older people that don't eat much. Prices were low, but again smaller portions so pricing wasn't to bad. Service was fine. No one to greet you when you come in but with it being a small town I assume most of the ppl thay come in know eachother and don't need a greeter.

Sue's is Cedars' best breakfast joint. I love their homemade wheat bread and have purchased a loaf. Great family owned business.

This place is awesome, they know your order before you even say it! The food is always great, and their bread? I dream about it. If you're lucky, they have cinnamon rolls – get them, they're amazing. Weekends are busy, but totally worth the wait.

An absolute gem of a diner, great food at the right price and portions are huge. Highly recommend the homemade raisin toast. Pancakes are massive so be warned.

Stopped into this little gem for breakfast, and Happy I did! I sampled quite a few items... *Biscuits and gravy - very tasty *Corned beef hash - interesting take. More like hash browns with a taste of corned beef. But very yummy. *Eggs over easy - made perfectly ❤️ *Bacon - perfect cook on these strips *Homemade white toast - definitely homemade, great flavor, nice and dense and crispy as toast. Will only order half with breakfast next time. *Small pancake with chocolate chips - made perfect with the crunchy edges. *Black coffee and water - essential, tasty, and they kept them filled. The menu prices are incredibly frugal. The folks running things were great. Would love to know their story, and to make this a regular breakfast spot.
