Asked for beef like 3 times. Was assured they were gonna be beef even tho they didnt say beef on the screen. I asked again to make sure and he said they would be. Low and behold they aren't beef. Take the 1 star review

This is supposed to be extra meat and pica da tomatoe stuff. This is pathetic. I actually payed extra for this. Why would you offer extra of anything if you don't hire employees that can read? Please make the screens more similar to picture books

If you order anything with an upcharge, you will not receive it. 3 times now they've neglected to add an extra ingredient that I've paid for. They also only give you the drinks you've ordered if you go through drive thru, else you're ignored in the lobby - twice dealing with that experience.
If you send a formal email through their website, the manager thinks it's reasonable to call you on your phone to discuss your complaint...?? Just train your employees better, because service-wise, this is the worst Taco Bell location I've been to in Michigan. Nothing else needs to be discussed.

It's a Taco Bell. I went through the drive thru about 3pm on a Tuesday. There was a short line, but it moved ok. Most of the food was Taco Bell good, but the Crunchwrap supreme was the driest and toughest I've ever gotten from Taco Bell. I've been to this again and got a different box which was good.

The most consistently high quality Taco Bell I have been to, (And I've been to a lot.) They even make good Crunchwraps which is a rare sight for me. Whoever the manager is here must never leave.
