If you order anything with an upcharge, you will not receive it. 3 times now they've neglected to add an extra ingredient that I've paid for. They also only give you the drinks you've ordered if you go through drive thru, else you're ignored in the lobby - twice dealing with that experience.
If you send a formal email through their website, the manager thinks it's reasonable to call you on your phone to discuss your complaint...?? Just train your employees better, because service-wise, this is the worst Taco Bell location I've been to in Michigan. Nothing else needs to be discussed.

Come here an hour and a half before close and I get veggies tacos and burritos when I get home because they are to lazy to work at work.

It's a Taco Bell. I went through the drive thru about 3pm on a Tuesday. There was a short line, but it moved ok. Most of the food was Taco Bell good, but the Crunchwrap supreme was the driest and toughest I've ever gotten from Taco Bell. I've been to this again and got a different box which was good.

The most consistently high quality Taco Bell I have been to, (And I've been to a lot.) They even make good Crunchwraps which is a rare sight for me. Whoever the manager is here must never leave.
LITTERALLY MY FAVORITE PLACE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I mainly go to the cedar springs one and occasionally I'll go the the one in rockford mi. I litterally love about everything on this menu, taco bell is my comfort place for real. I always get food through the drive through, I use the rewards app which I'd so quick and easy and useful. I order on my phone, drive to taco bell, go to the drive through speaker, tell them I have a mobile order, pull up to the menu, grab my food, and go. Everything at taco bell is so yummy sometimes I'll have it 5 times a week for a snack. it's safe to say that I'm actually addicted. definetly go to your nearest taco bell, their food is so delicious I've been eating taco bell ever since I was in daycare. I would always get picked up after daycare and we would go to tacobell where I would order a cheese roll up. so delicious, never gets old! definetly recommend any taco bell. my favorite place and fast food restaurant in the whole world.

The food is good 99.5% of the time. I would highly recommend it. Frequent customer here. Visit on different nights of the week after the kids go to bed and we can have peace, TV show, and taco bell.
